Presso l’Aula Multimediale della Scuola di Arti e Mestieri G.O. Bufalini, si è svolta oggi la conferenza stampa per il lancio della collaborazione tra gli sportelli Punto Digitale Facile della Zona Sociale 1 ed i sindacati dell’Alto Tevere CISL, CGIL e UIL.
In tale occasione presso la sede della Scuola Bufalini – gestore del servizio – sono intervenuti l’Assessore all’Innovazione digitale, polizia municipale, semplificazione amministrativa, servizi demografici, trasporti e viabilità, Rodolfo Braccalenti, l’Assessore alle Politiche Sociali e Protezione Civile, Benedetta Calagreti, il Presidente del Centro di Istruzione e Formazione, Giovanni Granci, i referenti CISL Alto Tevere Paola Celicchi e Antonello Paccavia, il referente UIL Alto Tevere, Sandro Belletti, la referente CGIL Alto Tevere, Barbara Mischianti. I Facilitatori del Punto Digitale Facile, oltre all’attività presso gli sportelli di zona, proseguono l’azione di supporto informatico in modalità “itinerante”. Da qui la nascita della collaborazione con i sindacati dell’Alto Tevere all’interno delle sedi CISL, CGIL e UIL, sia presso gli uffici di Città di Castello che presso gli uffici di Umbertide. All’interno delle sedi CISL, CGIL e UIL, infatti, gli utenti potranno trovare un operatore per avere accesso a informazioni o ricevere un primo supporto informatico. I Facilitatori Digitali svolgono un ruolo cruciale nell’aiutare le persone a navigare nel mondo delle tecnologie digitali e di Internet e a sviluppare le loro competenze digitali. Nel promuovere percorsi di inclusione digitale, ciascun facilitatore apporta competenze, conoscenze, qualità e approcci unici e diversi. I sindacati potranno così rappresentare un luogo dove ricevere una prima assistenza informatica, un ulteriore canale attraverso cui esercitare la propria cittadinanza digitale. “Il rinnovamento dei punti di Facilitazione Digitale – è stato sottolineato – mira ad una rivoluzione digitale per una Pubblica Amministrazione più semplice, con un’offerta di servizi sempre più efficienti e facilmente accessibili. Gli utenti, infatti, grazie al supporto dei Facilitatori digitali, possono fruire gratuitamente di sessioni di “navigazione assistita” per l’accesso alle funzionalità dei siti della Pubblica Amministrazione, per la compilazione di istanze online (bandi e avvisi pubblici) o per l’esecuzione di specifiche specifiche operazioni – quali, ad esempio, utilizzo dell’identità digitale SPID, utilizzo CUP online e consultazione fascicolo sanitario elettronico”. A breve, verranno avviati i nuovi corsi gratuiti di alfabetizzazione digitale rivolti ai cittadini, dove verranno approfonditi argomenti come la messaggistica istantanea, le APP, l’elaborazione di testi e l’utilizzo di fogli di calcolo, l’accesso ai siti della PA (INPS, Agenzia delle Entrate, CUP online, Fascicolo Sanitario Elettronico, ANPR, etc), la navigazione web e la sicurezza in rete, andando incontro alle necessità formative dei partecipanti. I DigiPASS della Zona Sociale 1, nella nuova veste di Punti Digitale Facile, hanno registrato dall’inizio del 2024 un boom di utenti, con più di 1400 ingressi e 2200 servizi erogati gratuitamente alla popolazione, concorrendo di fatto all’accessibilità al digitale da parte di tutti i cittadini.
