Prorogata la gestione a favore dell’a.s.d. L’Indiano Approvata dalla giunta su proposta dell’assessore Federico Scapecchi la proroga della concessione dell’impianto sportivo di Sant’Andrea a Pigli.

“La pista polivalente – sottolinea Scapecchi – resta dunque in gestione dell’associazione sportiva dilettantistica L’Indiano, che ha chiesto di vedere prorogata la convenzione in essere in virtù di alcuni interventi utili a migliorare la fruibilità e la funzionalità dell’impianto e a promuoverne un uso sociale anche per persone con disabilità. Si tratta della prima volta che la fattispecie della proroga trova applicazione ma siamo molto soddisfatti perché è l’ennesimo investimento che un’associazione sportiva del territorio programma a favore di un impianto pubblico e della collettività. Desidero ringraziare il soggetto in questione e il suo presidente, Alessandro Beatrice, che in questi anni è stato capace di creare un ambiente sano, inclusivo, ludico e formativo. Sono certo che con questi nuovi investimenti la pista polivalente, divenuta la casa dei mezzi a due e quattro ruote, bici, moto e go-kart, consoliderà e rafforzerà la propria vocazione. Con questa operazione, il cui valore d’investimento sfiora i 40.000 euro, tocchiamo i 3 milioni e 700mila euro di risorse ricavate grazie allo strumento della gestione in concessione”.
