AREZZO – Firmata l’ordinanza che dispone nei giorni di martedì 31 dicembre 2024 e mercoledì 1 gennaio 2025 il divieto di accendere fuochi d’artificio e altri artifici pirotecnici come petardi e mortaretti in tutta l’area del centro storico della città.
Inoltre, dalle 12 di martedì alle 7 di mercoledì, ai titolari degli esercizi di somministrazione e commerciali, che siano in sede fissa, temporanei o in area pubblica, compresi i laboratori artigianali e distributori automatici di qualsiasi tipo i cui locali si trovano in piazza Sant’Agostino e nell’area di via Garibaldi compresa tra Corso Italia, via de’ Mannini e via della Minerva, nell’area di via Pietro Aretino, è vietato somministrare e vendere per asporto bevande e alimenti in recipienti di vetro e in lattine. E’ inoltre vietato a chiunque, all’interno del perimetro delimitato dalle strade e piazze suddette, portare e usare contenitori dello stesso genere o oggetti funzionali a offendere. Le violazioni verranno punite con sanzioni fino a 200 euro.
