Al CAS Tortaia “Lo Sportello vicino a te”

Il progetto di ascolto e supporto al disagio organizzato dall’A.N.P.S con il patrocinio del Comune di Arezzo A partire da lunedì 13 gennaio presso il Cas Tortaia sarà attivo uno sportello di ascolto, iniziativa promossa dall’organizzazione di volontariato della sezione di Arezzo dell’A.N.P.S.

(Associazione Nazionale della Polizia di Stato) con il patrocinio del Comune. L’idea de “Lo Sportello vicino a te”, questo il nome del progetto, nasce per offrire supporto al disagio sociale conseguenza di violenze, dipendenze, solitudine, fragilità economica, difficoltà di accesso agli strumenti di tutela sociale esistenti ed ai canali già a disposizione per affrontare momenti complicati. Il progetto si pone come obiettivo quello di fornire, grazie a professionalità in ambito psicologico e legale ed esperte nell’ascolto e nell’orientamento, un servizio di consulenza e supporto al fine di valutare, orientare ed eventualmente consigliare un corretto invio ai servizi territoriali di riferimento. Lo sportello intende inoltre favorire l’individuazione dei segnali di allarme riconducibili ad una violenza di genere, indirizzando ed accompagnando emotivamente le persone coinvolte verso le Istituzioni competenti ad intervenire per prevenire e scongiurare ulteriori conseguenze, concorrere a realizzare condizioni di benessere nelle persone, dimostrando vicinanza e dando supporto per la risoluzione anche di piccole difficoltà pratiche che generino fiducia e conducano alla condivisione e quindi al superamento di eventuali malesseri o disagi spesso taciuti. I dati e gli indicatori evidenziano in modo chiaro un crescente disagio sociale. Le cause sono ampiamente note, dalla fragilità economica, che condiziona e ostacola pesantemente il raggiungimento di un accettabile livello di benessere materiale e psicofisico per una sempre più ampia fascia della popolazione, all’emarginazione sociale, alla difficoltà di far fronte a più complessi fabbisogni personali. Il disagio può trovare spazio anche nella difficoltà di accesso agli strumenti di informazione, di tutela sociale e di conoscenza dei canali a disposizione per affrontare i momenti complicati o anche semplicemente nell’incapacità di risolvere i problemi pratici che possono essere incontrati ogni giorno. Ci sono persone in difficoltà per l’accesso ad internet, per indisponibilità di mezzi, più spesso per scarsa capacità personale, ad esempio, non sanno come fare per stabilire contatti con la pubblica amministrazione oppure non comprendono e non sono in grado di gestire la compilazione di documenti o corrispondenza di vario genere in via telematica. A questo si aggiungono più moderni disagi e fragilità, come le ludopatie, che trovano un ampissimo spazio di affezione soprattutto nelle modalità in rete. Rilevanti anche i disagi, che nei casi più gravi diventano vere e proprie patologie, da uso massiccio dei social network, come ansie, dissociazione, stress da L.A.D. – Internet Addiction Disorder. Si tratta di dipendenze particolarmente subdole, in quanto, pur essendo il risultato di grandi fragilità, non vengono immediatamente percepite come vere e proprie dipendenze, ma piuttosto come abitudini o modalità di svago. Ultima, ma non ultima in ordine di importanza per l’impatto nella qualità della vita e per il numero delle persone coinvolte, per lo più anziani, ma non solo, la solitudine.

“Si tratta di una iniziativa sperimentale, che conto diventerà strutturale, che a mio giudizio mette in luce tre punti di forza. Il primo, il ruolo dei centri di aggregazione sociale, sempre più luoghi di comunità al servizio di tutti; il secondo, il ruolo delle associazioni, in questo caso l’ANPS, che si mettono a disposizione per dare un contributo di prossimità e di civismo attivo; il terzo, il ruolo delle istituzioni che sanno fare sintesi tenere insieme e costruire risposte di sostegno e accoglienza rivolte ai cittadini che si trovano in un momento di difficoltà”, ha dichiarato il vicesindaco Lucia Tanti. “Intendiamo operare, d’intesa con la pubblica amministrazione ma anche con soggetti privati, là dove ce ne sia maggiore necessità, senza essere un punto di ascolto statico, bensì uno sportello fisicamente vicino alle persone sul territorio, uno sportello mobile, che costituisca per la comunità un servizio di prossimità immediatamente visibile, facilmente raggiungibile e conosciuto nel territorio”, ha detto la dottoressa Anna Maria Esposito, ex funzionaria della Polizia di Stato responsabile dell’odv A.N.P.S. -Sezione di Arezzo. “La progressiva riduzione dei contatti interpersonale che in questi ultimi anni ha conosciuto un’importante accelerazione ha portato come conseguenza un aumento di casi di depressione, dipendenza, violenza, espressioni di disagio alle quali cerchiamo di dare risposta ed aiuto”, ha commentato la psicologa Francesca Morabito “Si tratta di un’iniziativa di grande valore sociale e ringrazio l’A.N.P.S. e l’Amministrazione per averci offerto l’opportunità di ospitarla e di aprire le porte del centro a tutta la città”, ha detto il presidente del CAS Tortaia Renato Peloso. Nel corso dell’attività dello sportello saranno raccolte, mediante un database (usando ovviamente un codice alfanumerico finalizzato a garantire l’anonimato), informazioni che consentano di monitorare il numero degli “accessi”, i disagi e i bisogni emersi, in relazione alla tipologia dei fruitori. Ciò consentirà di ottenere un feedback oggettivo che possa servire ad adeguare nel tempo lo sportello alle reali esigenze emerse da parte della comunità. Lo sportello sarà attivo dal lunedì al venerdì dalle 16:00 alle 18:00 presso il CAS Tortaia di via Alfieri.
