Appuntamento domenica 30 marzo con maschere, sfilate e divertimento! Sansepolcro si prepara a celebrare il Carnevale con il tradizionale evento all’insegna dell’allegria e della tradizione. Domenica 30 marzo il centro storico sarà invaso da maschere e musica per una giornata ricca di appuntamenti imperdibili. Il cuore della festa cambia location mantenendo la verve di sempre.
A causa dei lavori in corso nella piazza principale, il palco della festa verrà spostato in Viale Armando Diaz, ma tutta la città sarà protagonista. La manifestazione prenderà il via alle ore 15:00, con il ritrovo dei gruppi partecipanti presso Porta Romana. Da lì avrà inizio la sfilata lungo Via XX Settembre, che culminerà in Viale Armando Diaz, dove appunto sarà allestito il palco centrale. Alle 16:30, una giuria qualificata procederà alla valutazione dei gruppi mascherati e alla premiazione dei migliori partecipanti. Altra novità di quest’anno è la Lotteria, organizzata dall’associazione Le Centopelli, che mette in palio un premio dal valore di 1.000 euro. I biglietti saranno presto disponibili presso i negozi del Centro Storico e l’estrazione si volgerà durante la festa del 23 febbraio prossimo. La giornata si concluderà alle 17:30 con una grande festa accompagnata da musica e intrattenimento. Anche quest’anno l’istrionico Andrea Franceschetti condurrà l’evento, coadiuvato da Silvia Epi. Anche quest’anno il Carnevale di Sansepolcro si distingue non solo per la ricchezza del programma, ma anche per il rafforzamento della collaborazione con Anghiari, una sinergia nata due anni fa fra le due realtà della Valtiberina, che conferma l’importanza della tradizione carnevalesca nell’intera vallata e che vede protagoniste anche le maschere simbolo delle rispettive feste: SenzaBriglie per la città di Sansepolcro e il Sambudellaio per il borgo di Anghiari. Appuntamento con il Carnevale di Anghiari, dunque, come da accordi del patto di amicizia, la domenica successiva, il 2 marzo. Le iscrizioni sono aperte già da qualche giorno, ricordiamo che possono iscriversi non solo le associazioni cittadine, ma anche tutti i gruppi estemporanei che hanno voglia di mettersi in gioco per vivere un giorno di festa e divertimento. Per tutti gli interessati è possibile iscriversi tramite la mail demarco.annateresa@comune.sansepolcro.ar.it indicando il nome del gruppo, il tema e il numero approssimativo di coloro che ne fanno parte. L’amministrazione comunale invita cittadini e visitatori a partecipare numerosi, per vivere insieme una giornata all’insegna del divertimento e della condivisione.
