Molti anche i veicoli stranieri controllati e nel caso specifico per due di loro sono state elevate sanzioni per trasporto abusivo internazionale per conto terzi e per manipolazione del sistema di abbattimento delle emissioni degli inquinanti tramite l’emulatore ADBlue, lo strumento che simula il sistema omonimo presente nei veicoli diesel moderni progettato per ridurre le emissioni di ossidi di azoto trasformandole in vapore acqueo. Per entrambi i casi è stato effettuato il sequestro amministrativo del dispositivo con obbligo di ripristino del sistema di abbattimento delle emissioni prima della ripartenza del veicolo.
