COMUNE DI SANSEPOLCRO – “Quanto previsto in questo bilancio prosegue il buon percorso di azione amministrativa e di rilancio della città”. Così l’assessore Alessandro Rivi nell’illustrazione del Documento Unico di Programmazione 2025-2027, atto approvato dal consiglio comunale grazie ai voti della maggioranza, astensione del gruppo “Fratelli d’Italia – Sansepolcro futura”, e voto contrario di “Pd – In Comune” e “Adesso Riformisti”.
“Il nostro bilancio è storicamente solido” ha commentato l’assessore Rivi “pur dovendo fronteggiare ostacoli non di poco conto come i forti rincari dovuti ai costi energetici e l’inflazione dilagante. Senza dimenticare il sostegno al settore sociale tramite trasferimenti all’Unione dei Comuni sostenuti finanziariamente e appieno con risorse proprie. Alcuni contenuti adeguamenti sono stati adottati nei servizi a domanda individuale. Nella mensa scolastica si propone un adeguamento della tariffa base da euro 4 a euro 4,5, sotto inflazione e comunque competitivo rispetto ad altre realtà similari come Montevarchi, Cortona e San Giovanni Valdarno. Per l’asilo nido si propone un adeguamento della tariffa del 10% delle rette con decorrenza 1 settembre 2025, precisando che lo stesso di fatto non sarà percepito grazie all’effetto del bonus Inps Statale e della misura Nidi Gratis della Regione Toscana. Si propone poi l’adeguamento delle tariffe delle concessioni e dei servizi cimiteriali del 15,80%, ossia esattamente l’inflazione degli ultimi quattro anni, ricordando che per i servizi cimiteriali mai è stata effettuata una revisione dal 2008 e che le concessioni cimiteriali hanno ad oggi l’applicazione di tariffe datate dal 1992 al 2008. Si comprende bene quanto sia necessario un adeguamento considerando il fabbisogno di manutenzione dei nostri cimiteri e il confronto con tariffe applicate da comuni limitrofi. Ricordando anche in questo caso che per tamponare gli aumenti abbiamo previsto l’applicazione di 90.000 euro di oneri di urbanizzazione alla spesa corrente”. “La programmazione effettuata conferma quanto già dimostrato in tre anni di mandato” aggiunge l’assessore “e cioè investimento consistente sulla città, riqualificazione di aree soggette a precedente degrado, razionalizzazione delle spese come alla voce acquisto e risparmio per Palazzo delle Laudi, digitalizzazione e informatizzazione in corso della macchina comunale, potenziamento della videosorveglianza, miglioramento della sicurezza stradale in determinate aree urbane come l’intervento a Porta del Castello”. Accolti due emendamenti presentati dal gruppo consiliare “Adesso Riformisti” sull’implementazione della videosorveglianza con priorità individuate in zona Cisa e al Sacro Cuore previo confronto con le Forze dell’Ordine che operano sul territorio, e riduzione della tariffa Tari per gli esercizi commerciali (negozi, strutture ricettive, strutture di ristoro) situati nel centro storico. “Al riguardo della videosorveglianza” conclude l’assessore “sottolineo che la nostra amministrazione ha compiuto sin qui interventi che mai si erano registrati in passato e che per quanto riguarda la Cisa c’è già stato un proficuo confronto con la pro loco di quell’area cittadina nel corso del quale erano stati trovati accordi per nostre iniziative al riguardo”.
