Verificheremo poi se intervenire attraverso le casse comunali o mediante l’adesione a un bando pubblico per l’impiantistica sportiva che contempli questa possibilità”. E’ quanto ha dichiarato in consiglio comunale l’assessore allo Sport Riccardo Carletti, rispondendo all’interrogazione con cui il consigliere del PD Massimo Minciotti chiedeva alla giunta se non ritenesse opportuno “riprogettare e realizzare una segnaletica verticale di tutti gli impianti sportivi”. “C’è bisogno di una nuova cartellonistica, magari divisa per colore in base all’attività svolta, che possa rendere l’impiantistica relativa facilmente individuabile e raggiungibile, con una segnaletica orizzontale a terra e che possa accompagnare l’utente”, aveva fatto presente l’esponente della maggioranza, richiamando l’attenzione sulla “mancanza attualmente di un quadro generale con attività e impianti a disposizione presso la cittadella dello sport di Belvedere” e sulla presenza di “segnali verticali ormai illeggibili, arrugginiti e scoloriti, che contrastano in maniera negativa con il contesto generale, e di cartelli installati dalle società sportive che risultano disomogenei con gli altri”. Minciotti aveva quindi chiesto di capire se fosse possibile “realizzare interventi collaterali nell’ambito dei lavori di riqualificazione della piscina comunale finanziati con circa 1 milione e 300 mila euro, che andranno a valorizzare ulteriormente una struttura da sempre fondamento e cardine per l’utenza dell’intera area sportiva di Belvedere”. L’assessore Carletti ha chiarito che l’amministrazione comunale “riconosce l’importanza e l’opportunità di prevedere un piano di gestione della segnaletica dell’intero impianto natatorio e delle restanti strutture”. “Chiaramente finora abbiamo pensato prima alla sostanza per quanto riguarda l’impiantistica sportiva, ma sappiamo bene che è importante anche alla forma, quindi auspichiamo di riuscire a reperire i fondi per pensare anche un restyling della segnaletica, sia orizzontale che verticale”, ha osservato l’amministratore, puntualizzando che “il finanziamento ottenuto dal Comune di Città di Castello per l’efficientamento energetico e la prevenzione del rischio sismico della piscina comunale non prevede la possibilità di realizzare interventi collaterali come quelli segnalati nell’interrogazione”. “Sarebbe importante, intanto, avviare uno studio sull’immagine visiva dell’impiantistica dell’intero complesso sportivo, considerando che la segnaletica è ormai datata e presenta tracce di degrado. Un progetto di fattibilità di massima ci permetterebbe di essere pronti a cogliere le opportunità di finanziamento che si dovessero presentare”, ha concluso Carletti. In sede di replica, il consigliere Minciotti si è detto soddisfatto dell’impegno preso dall’assessore.
