ROMA – L’Associazione Beni Italiani Patrimonio Mondiale (BIPM) presenta alla Fiera dedicata alla scuola “Didacta Italia” il progetto “Podcast per la scuola. Narrazioni sul Patrimonio Mondiale della Lombardia” in collaborazione con la Regione Lombardia

CULTURA: DAL 12 AL 14 MARZO A FIRENZE IL PATRIMONIO MONDIALE NELLA SCUOLAAlessio Pascucci (presidente BIPM), “creare un ponte con scuola per sensibilizzare i giovani alla tutela e valorizzazione dei Patrimoni Italiani” Promuovere la conoscenza e la valorizzazione del Patrimonio Mondiale italiano nel mondo della scuola. È questo uno degli obiettivi che l’Associazione Beni Italiani Patrimonio Mondiale (BIPM) intende perseguire con la partecipazione alla Fiera dedicata alla scuola “Didacta Italia”, che si terrà dal 12 al 14 marzo presso la Fortezza da Basso (Firenze).

Attraverso uno stand verrà promosso il portale didattico “Patrimonio Mondiale nella scuola” (www.patrimonionellascuola.it), un progetto di educazione a beni Unesco rivolto a studenti e docenti delle scuole secondarie di primo e secondo grado, realizzato grazie ai fondi della legge 77/2006 del Ministero della Cultura. Nel portale è possibile conoscere tutte le iniziative dell’Unesco, l’agenzia speciale delle Nazioni Unite che dal 1972, grazie alla Convenzione per la Protezione del Patrimonio Mondiale, tutela i Beni considerati di valore eccezionale per tutta l’Umanità. In particolare, studenti e docenti possono conoscere la storia dei siti Unesco presenti nel nostro Paese, promuovendo un turismo scolastico finalizzato a diffondere una vera cultura del rispetto e valorizzazione dei Patrimoni Mondiali. Nel corso della due giorni si terranno due incontri: “Uno strumento trasversale per la didattica: il portale www.patrimonionellascuola.it“, con relatori: Mariangela Busi, referente Ufficio Mantova e Sabbioneta Patrimonio Mondiale e Alessandra Moreschi, esperta di didattica del Patrimonio Mondiale); “Podcast per la scuola. Narrazioni sul Patrimonio Mondiale della Lombardia”, progetto realizzato grazie al finanziamento da parte della Regione Lombardia. A questa presentazione saranno presenti i referenti della Regione e la società Loquis che realizzerà i podcast. Per l’assessore alla Cultura della Regione Lombardia, Francesca Caruso, “l’educazione al patrimonio culturale è un tassello fondamentale per formare cittadini consapevoli e responsabili. Con il sostegno ad iniziative come questa, Regione Lombardia investe sul futuro, promuovendo la conoscenza e la tutela dei beni Unesco tra i più giovani. Crediamo fortemente che avvicinare gli studenti alla storia e alla cultura del proprio territorio possa renderli protagonisti attivi della sua valorizzazione“. “L’obiettivo dell’Associazione è quello di creare un ponte fra la scuola e i beni Patrimonio Mondiale perché è fondamentale sensibilizzare le nuove generazioni verso un impegno collettivo necessario per tutelare e valorizzare i nostri beni, che rappresentano la storia e la cultura del nostro Paese”, afferma Alessio Pascucci, presidente di BIPM. L’Associazione Beni Italiani Patrimonio Mondiale è una realtà nata nel 1997 che oggi riunisce più di 50 Enti responsabili della gestione dei Beni italiani iscritti nella World Heritage List. Il nostro Paese può vantare il primato assoluto con ben 60 siti iscritti nella Lista del Patrimonio Mondiale dall’UNESCO: monumenti, centri storici, parchi archeologici e naturali, luoghi ai quali viene riconosciuto di essere uniche, eccezionali testimonianze del percorso dell’essere umano sulla Terra.
