Se non riusciamo a coinvolgerli nel mantenimento e nella valorizzazione delle nostre tradizioni artigianali, rischiamo di perdere un patrimonio unico, che è alla base del nostro ‘Made in Italy’”. Sono le parole di Jacopo Maccari in occasione del VII congresso della Femca (Federazione Energia, Moda, Chimica e Affini) Cisl Territoriale di Arezzo, in cui è stato nominato responsabile del territorio.
“Arezzo, con la sua vocazione manifatturiera, ha vissuto negli ultimi anni una profonda trasformazione, con il settore della moda, in particolare la pelletteria e il calzaturiero, che affrontano nuove sfide, anche a causa di fattori geopolitici e del cambiamento delle preferenze dei consumatori. La crescente domanda di sostenibilità e qualità sta spingendo le aziende a rivedere i propri processi produttivi, senza però rinunciare alla tradizione artigianale che ha sempre contraddistinto il nostro territorio. Nonostante le difficoltà, come la mancanza di accesso al credito per molte piccole aziende, Arezzo continua a mantenere un forte appeal per i grandi brand del settore, che stanno investendo sul nostro territorio. Questo dimostra che Arezzo è ancora un polo vitale e di valore nel panorama della moda internazionale” ha spiegato Maccari. Il responsabile territoriale Femca ha, però, sottolineato un punto cruciale: il futuro di queste realtà è legato indissolubilmente alla capacità di attrarre e formare i giovani. “Non possiamo pensare che le aziende da sole possano formare nuovi maestri artigiani. Le aziende creano scuole per formare lavoratori adatti alle loro esigenze produttive, ma non insegnano ad assimilare le fasi per costruire un prodotto, come una scarpa o una borsa. Ecco perché in questo scenario, il sindacato potrebbe assumere un ruolo di intermediazione, creando un ponte tra le generazioni”, ha aggiunto. In questo scenario, il sindacato assume un ruolo chiave, mettendo in contatto le esperienze dei lavoratori più anziani con i giovani, affinché il sapere artigianale non vada perduto. “È nostro dovere preservare questo patrimonio di manualità, che è il cuore dell’economia locale e del nostro ‘Made in Italy’. Solo così possiamo garantire ai giovani non solo un lavoro, ma anche un’opportunità di crescita personale e professionale. I giovani rappresentano un capitolo decisivo. Per chi sceglie questa strada, non è solo un ritorno al passato, ma un affermazione di valori profondi: creatività, manualità e tradizione. Questi giovani, lontani dall’idea di una carriera scontata, scelgono di riscoprire l’antica bellezza del fare, con le mani, un mestiere che racconta storie, trasmette cultura e dona un valore unico agli oggetti. Avere la padronanza in certi di tipi di mestieri non è solo un’abilità, è una forma di espressione che affonda le radici in generazioni passate, ma che oggi può assumere una nuova identità, arricchita da tecniche moderne e dall’influenza della sostenibilità. Senza dimenticare la parte retributiva e l’appetibilità da parte delle aziende in continua ricerca”, ha concluso Maccari. Il VII Congresso ha dunque lanciato un appello alla responsabilità collettiva, affinché il futuro del territorio di Arezzo sia costruito su una solida base di tradizione, innovazione e inclusione delle nuove generazioni.Con il congresso Femca si è concluso l’impegno congressuale della Cisl aretina. Adesso il sindacato si prepara al Congresso generale in programma il 28 marzo.
