«Seguendo le indicazioni di questa delibera, dal 1 aprile il distretto di Bibbiena si è dotato di un ambulatorio di odontoiatria e ortodonzia pediatrica dove opera un medico specialista che garantirà la presa in carico dei piccoli pazienti, da zero a 16 anni di età- spiega la dr.ssa Marzia Sandroni, Direttrice Zona distretto Casentino -. Si tratta di un servizio importante per l’intera area che permetterà alle famiglie di usufruire di un servizio erogato sul territorio senza più doversi spostare ad Arezzo. Questo riconferma l’attenzione della Asl verso i bambini, anche quelli abitanti nelle aree interne del territorio.».
«Grazie a questo ambulatorio – spiega la dr.ssa Alessandra Romagnoli, Responsabile della Rete attività odontoiatriche Asl Toscana Sud Est – i piccoli utenti potranno usufruire di un servizio importante per la salute vicino casa senza doversi più spostare per raggiungere Arezzo. Per usufruire delle prestazioni è necessario, dopo essersi muniti di prescrizione del pediatra di libera scelta, prendere appuntamento contattando il Cup».
«Il servizio di odontoiatria e ortodonzia pediatrica – conclude Alessandra Romagnoli – verrà esteso anche alla zona Distretto Valdichiana Aretina dove a breve aprirà un ambulatorio dedicato. Con l’apertura dell’ambulatorio in Valdichiana Aretina si arriverà al completamento dell’intera area della provincia aretina: in Valdarno il servizio è già esistente così come ad Arezzo. In Valdichiana l’ambulatorio si integrerà con l’attività in narcosi Special Needs svolta presso l’ospedale della Fratta per i minori non collaboranti».
