In ambito sanitario, la Cisl Fp Arezzo migliora ulteriormente i dati già straordinari del 2023, registrando un incremento del 6% arrivando ad un miglioramento complessivo del 16% negli ultimi sei anni. Nella competizione per i seggi Rsu dell’area vasta Cisl Fp, Arezzo si aggiudica 7 rappresentanti su 11, a testimonianza della straordinaria fiducia accordata ai candidati, con risultati eccezionali nella zona del Valdarno ma anche in tutti i distretti amministrativi della città di Arezzo dove è risultato il primo sindacato. Ottimi i risultati anche negli enti locali, dove si registra una crescita media di oltre il 3% rispetto alla tornata 2022. In tutte le vallate si rileva un miglioramento dei consensi, con performance particolarmente brillanti nei Comuni di Castiglion Fiorentino, Cortona, Montevarchi, San Giovanni Valdarno, Terranuova Bracciolini, Unione dei Comuni del Casentino e Pratovecchio Stia e Talla. Siamo entrati con un seggio nei comuni di Cavriglia Bucine Foiano e Montemignaio per la prima volta. Registrato un aumento di consensi sia nel Comune di Arezzo sia nell’ente della Provincia dove siamo confermati secondo sindacato. Risultati positivi anche nel comparto delle funzioni centrali, dove la Cisl si conferma primo sindacato nell’Inps, l’Inail, Procura di Arezzo e l’Agenzia delle Dogane.
«Su queste basi solide continueremo il lavoro che stiamo portando avanti, migliorando dove necessario ma con la consapevolezza che il nostro messaggio sindacale è quello giusto: stare dalla parte dei lavoratori, utilizzando lo strumento della contrattazione su tutti i tavoli», ha dichiarato Maurizio Milanesi, segretario generale della Funzione Pubblica Cisl di Arezzo.
