A San Casciano dei Bagni, a partire dal 1° maggio 2025, presso la sede della Misericordia di Celle sul Rigo, sarà attivo il nuovo servizio di ambulanza infermieristica INDIA H12 dalle ore 8:00 alle ore 20:00. Un servizio innovativo e necessario che si inserisce nell’ambito della riorganizzazione del sistema regionale di emergenza-urgenza, andando a rispondere in modo concreto alle esigenze di copertura sanitaria, garantendo allo stesso tempo una presenza capillare sui territori e un presidio tempestivo nei casi di emergenza. Il potenziamento del servizio 118 a Celle sul Rigo è un passo avanti storico per un territorio marginale e lontano dagli ospedali come è quello di San Casciano dei Bagni e di tutto il sud della Provincia di Siena – dichiara la Sindaca Agnese Carletti – È il frutto di un lavoro di interlocuzione e studio lungo anni del quale mi preme ringraziare in primis la Regione Toscana e in particolare l’Assessore alla sanità Simone Bezzini che con le scelte attivate in questi cinque anni ha cercato davvero di non lasciare indietro la “Toscana Diffusa”, la Direzione della Asl Sud Est, il Direttore Torre e tutta la struttura per aver dato al territorio l’attenzione che merita, la Misericordia di Celle sul Rigo e il Governatore Don Piero Barbieri, che con la sua struttura e dotazione di automezzi riesce a sostenere questo passo avanti importante per la comunità. Ringrazio anche gli infermieri tutti. La sopravvivenza delle nostre piccole realtà passa soprattutto dai servizi e questo traguardo è quindi anche un nuovo punto di partenza perché il territorio necessita di un servizio sanitario sempre più capillare e presente” Il nuovo assetto dell’emergenza introduce mezzi avanzati con infermieri di emergenza urgenza territoriale, capaci di intervenire rapidamente nelle emergenze grazie a protocolli clinici e dotazioni sanitarie adeguate, in costante collegamento con la centrale 118. Un modello che rafforza l’assistenza territoriale e migliora l’efficienza del sistema, anche nelle zone più periferiche.
