Via libera al bilancio consuntivo: le erogazioni di 40 milioni di euro a cui si aggiungono altri 15 milioni di euro per progetti strategici e intersettoriali Il Comitato di Indirizzo di Fondazione CR Firenze, riunito questa mattina, sotto la presidenza di Bernabò Bocca, ha approvato all’unanimità il bilancio consuntivo 2024, dopo aver acquisito lo scorso 6 maggio il parere favorevole dell’Assemblea dei Soci.
L’esercizio 2024 si è chiuso con un avanzo record di 102 milioni di euro, 30 milioni di euro in più rispetto allo scorso anno (+41,7%). A contribuire al raggiungimento degli ottimi risultati di bilancio sono stati sia i dividendi percepiti (115,5 milioni di euro in totale) dalle partecipazioni strategiche – su tutte quella in Intesa Sanpaolo – che i proventi derivanti dalla gestione del portafoglio finanziario diversificato a livello globale. Queste due componenti hanno anche consentito di accrescere a valori di mercato il livello del patrimonio della stessa Fondazione e di irrobustire le riserve patrimoniali della Fondazione consolidando Fondo di Stabilizzazione che raggiunge 123,4 milioni di euro, garantendo una copertura di oltre tre anni di erogazioni, anche in caso di assenza di avanzi di esercizio. Una visione strategica che assicura la continuità della Fondazione, indipendentemente dalle fluttuazioni di mercato, con l’obiettivo di tutelare le generazioni future. I risultati raggiunti permetteranno di confermare l’attività istituzionale, generando impatti concreti sulla vita delle persone, soprattutto quelle più fragili. Sono destinati al territorio 40 milioni di euro a cui si aggiungono altri 15 milioni di euro per progetti strategici (12,5 milioni di euro) e intersettoriali (2,5 milioni di euro). “Il 2024 è stato un anno eccezionale dal punto di vista finanziario che ha fatto registrare il miglior bilancio della nostra storia – afferma Bernabò Bocca, Presidente della Fondazione CR Firenze – seppure in un contesto che rimane sfidante a livello economico, geopolitico e sociale. La Fondazione conferma il proprio supporto a sostegno del territorio con un aumento importante delle risorse a disposizione con uno sguardo oltre l’orizzonte.
