La città di Sansepolcro, ma tutta la Valtiberina e l’Alto Tevere si preparano a vivere un evento speciale: una mostra interamente dedicata alla storia della pallacanestro nella città di Piero della Francesca e Luca Pacioli:
“Nel corso del (terzo) tempo – Storia e Passione della Pallacanestro a Sansepolcro”
L’evento si terrà nell’antico Palazzo Alberti nel cuore del centro storico cittadino, in Via XX Settembre, 46 da sabato 31 maggio a sabato 7 giugno. Alle ore 17 di sabato 31 maggio 2025 il via alla manifestazione con tanti personaggi.
Un incontro per ripercorrere decenni di sport, passione e memoria collettiva attraverso una esposizione fotografica, incontri con protagonisti del passato e del presente, dibattiti, filmati d’archivio, divise storiche, articoli e memorabilia. Un viaggio nel tempo, per uno sport iniziato nel 1957, che racconterà non solo le vittorie sul parquet, ma anche il legame profondo tra la pallacanestro e la comunità biturgense.
INGRESSO LIBERO.
La mostra, con il Patrocinio del Comune di Sansepolcro è organizzata dal Panathlon della Valtiberina. Hanno assicurato la loro presenza il giornalista Rai Ugo Russo, l’arbitro delle Olimpiadi Simone Santi, oltre ai personaggi ricordati nella locandina.
