Anche la Asl Toscana sud est ha partecipato alla Conferenza NANDA-I 2025, un evento internazionale che si è concluso oggi a Lisbona all’Università Cattolica Portoghese nella Facoltà di Scienze della Salute e di Nursing: un’occasione per riflettere sul ruolo in evoluzione della conoscenza infermieristica nel mondo contemporaneo e sul suo contributo decisivo alla pratica clinica. Si è parlato di “Infermieristica trasformativa: conoscenza in movimento, sinergia nella pratica”, questo il titolo della tre giorni che si è concentrata in particolare sul contributo specifico delle infermiere e degli infermieri al percorso di cura multidisciplinare.
Coordinata da Vianella Agostinelli, direttrice del dipartimento delle professioni infermieristiche e ostetriche della Asl Toscana sud est, la delegazione italiana a Lisbona è stata tra le più rappresentative a NANDA-I 2025, con 5 presentazioni orali e due poster durante i lavori congressuali. “È un onore per me essere qui per trattare temi di interesse internazionale – sottolinea la dottoressa Agostinelli -. In un mondo sanitario sempre più complesso e interconnesso, la professione infermieristica è chiamata a un ruolo nuovo: essere motore di trasformazione, innovazione e leadership. Come rappresentanza italiana, abbiamo portato il contributo di un sistema sanitario che crede nella forza della conoscenza, nella standardizzazione del linguaggio professionale e nel valore dell’integrazione tra ricerca, pratica clinica e politiche sanitarie”.
I contributi, provenienti da tutta Italia con esperti riconosciuti a livello mondiale, hanno toccati vari temi come la natura trasformativa della conoscenza infermieristica e la sua applicazione concreta nei contesti clinici, l’integrazione del sapere infermieristico nei modelli di assistenza multidisciplinare, il valore della prospettiva olistica propria della professione infermieristica nel rispondere ai bisogni delle persone.
