Si è chiusa nei giorni scorsi con la cerimonia di consegna degli attestati ai 71 studenti del progetto Videor ut video e ai 19 saggi delle scuole, la lunga stagione del Teatro degli Illuminati di Città di Castello: quattro rassegne, Prosa e Danza con il Teatro Stabile dell’Umbria, Teatro a KM0, Teatro Ragazzi e Scuole a teatro, operette, monologhi, concerti, che hanno catalizzato l’attenzione di oltre 22.000 spettatori, quasi il doppio del 2024, sono i numeri di un interesse crescente verso il Teatro degli Illuminati, che anche in questi giorni sta lavorando a ritmi serrati con i saggi della scuole di danza del territorio.Alla presenza dei dirigenti Valeria Vaccari, per il polo Franchetti-Salviani e per l’IIS Cavallotti-Patrizi Baldelli, Marta Boriosi per il Liceo Plinio il giovane, Simone Polchi per l’istituto San Francesco di Sales, Filippo Pettinari, per la scuola secondaria di primo grado Alighieri Pascoli e Silvia Ghigi per il Primo Circolo San Filippo, il sindaco Luca Secondi e l’assessore Michela Botteghi hanno consegnato gli attestati di partecipazione agli studenti della terza edizione del PCTO Videor ut video, un viaggio dentro tutti i segreti della macchina teatro, che, grazie al sostegno di Olio Ranieri e Artegraf, permette a tutti gli studenti delle superiori di assistere gratuitamente alla Stagione di prosa e danza. Su questo crinale abbiamo trovato le scuole molto attente ed impegnate così da sviluppare due progetti che riteniamo fondamentali per formare il senso culturale delle nuove generazioni. Ringraziamo per la presenza i dirigenti scolastici, che ci conferma sulla bontà dei progetti che stiamo portando avanti anche grazie alla sensibilità di soggetti privati come Artegraf e Olio Ranieri”.
L’occasione è servita anche per fare il punto sulle rassegne promosse dal Comune a Teatro, a partire dalla Stagione di prosa e danza con il Teatro Stabile dell’Umbria, che “ha registrato 2600 spettatori, un numero in aumento grazie alle repliche con cui abbiamo dato risposta ad una domanda maggiore della capienza del teatro. Tanti sold out per gli otto spettacoli in cartellone, tra cui due anteprime nazionali che sono state allestite a Città di Castello. 1650 i piccoli spettatori di Teatro Ragazzi e quasi 2400 gli spettatori di Teatro a Chilometri Zero, che quest’anno ha proposto alcune repliche al Teatro Ore d’oro di Trestina. La Stagione del Teatro si conclude con gli 8000 spettatori che hanno seguito gli altri appuntamenti: dall’operetta ai concerti, Calibro, la Filarmonica Puccini, il concerto per Alice Hallgarten, lo spettacolo dedicato alla Bibbia con Aldo Cazzullo e Moni Ovadia”, specifica l’assessore, sottolineando la collaborazione con Sogepu, gestore del teatro e con Poliedro Cultura che si occupa dei servizi ausiliari.
