Sostenibilità come competenza: a Montevarchi il futuro si costruisce con l’ITS

Il 9 luglio l’Open Day del corso Sustainability Manager al Palazzo del Podestà Mercoledì 9 luglio 2025, alle ore 17.00, il Palazzo del Podestà di Montevarchi (Piazza Varchi 8) ospiterà l’Open Day dell’ITS Academy Energia Ambiente e Sostenibilità, dedicato al corso post diploma “Sustainability Manager AR25”. Un’occasione per scoprire un percorso che integra la sostenibilità nelle imprese come leva strategica di crescita e innovazione

Il corso biennale, gratuito e finanziato dal PR Toscana FSE+ 2021-2027 ed inserito nell’ambito di Giovanisì, il progetto della Regione Toscana per l’autonomia dei giovani, si rivolge a giovani interessati a lavorare nel campo del green marketing, dell’economia circolare, delle certificazioni ambientali e dell’innovazione dei processi produttivi. I corsi sono rivolti a giovani diplomati fino a 35 anni di età. Attraverso un approccio didattico basato su project work, laboratori pratici, testimonianze aziendali e tirocini formativi, i partecipanti acquisiscono strumenti concreti per rendere le aziende più sostenibili e competitive. “Parlare di sostenibilità oggi significa parlare di occupazione – afferma Francesco Macrì –. Le imprese cercano figure in grado di coniugare impatto ambientale e innovazione. Il nostro ITS a Montevarchi risponde a questa richiesta, formando tecnici consapevoli, operativi e capaci di portare valore in azienda fin dal primo giorno di lavoro. È la formazione che serve al Paese, ed è quella che noi stiamo realizzando con successo”. ITS Academy Energia Ambiente e Sostenibilità della Toscana è un’istituzione post-diploma riconosciuta dal MIM per la formazione terziaria professionalizzante. A guidare l’Istituto, fin dalla sua costituzione, è una Fondazione di partecipazione, costituita da Province ed enti locali toscani, ordini professionali, associazioni di categoria, agenzie formative, Dipartimenti e Poli tecnologici delle università toscane, i più rappresentativi istituti scolastici di ambito tecnico del territorio e numerose aziende toscane operanti nel settore energetico quali Estra Spa, Enel Green Power, Pramac, ABB, Seco, Gruppo Simtel, Sei Toscana, Sienambiente, Alia, Aisa Impianti, Piccini Paolo Spa e molti altri. Dal marzo 2016, l’ITS ‘Energia e Ambiente’ della Toscana coordina la rete nazionale che riunisce le 12 Fondazioni ITS dell’area Efficienza Energetica presenti in 10 regioni italiane.
