Giovedì 17 luglio l’appuntamento più raffinato dell’estate riaccende la magia nel cuore della città. Oltre 700 ospiti attesi per la sesta edizione dell’evento firmato Confcommercio con i ristoratori di piazza Grande. Presentato oggi (giovedì 10 luglio) il programma della serata.
Tutto è pronto per la serata più glamour dell’estate aretina. Giovedì 17 luglio piazza Grande tornerà a vestirsi di bianco per accogliere la sesta edizione della Cena Bianca, il grande evento estivo promosso da Confcommercio Firenze-Arezzo in collaborazione con i ristoratori della piazza – Logge Vasari, Lancia d’Oro, Essenza e Osteria Grande – il patrocinio del Comune di Arezzo e della Fraternita dei Laici e il contributo di Camera di Commercio di Arezzo-Siena, Banca Popolare di Cortona e Gp Motors Arezzo.A partire dalle ore 20 l’antico lastricato si trasformerà in un grande salotto a cielo aperto, dove oltre 700 commensali vestiti in total white ceneranno circondati dalla bellezza senza età della piazza. Tra le Logge Vasari e il palazzo della Fraternita, l’atmosfera sarà quella di una notte da sogno, arricchita da dettagli curati, scenografie suggestive e un menù d’autore.Il programma dettagliato della serata è stato presentato oggi (giovedì 10 luglio) alla presenza dei partner dell’iniziativa: “La Cena Bianca è un’esperienza di bellezza collettiva e condivisa che rafforza l’identità di Arezzo e la sua capacità di attrarre. Un evento che nasce da un lavoro mirato e costante nel campo delle iniziative, capace di trasformare anche il volto della città e rivitalizzare intere aree, oggi tornate vive e frequentate”, ha detto Franco Marinoni, direttore generale di Confcommercio Toscana.“Sarà un’altra grande edizione, merito di una combinazione vincente fatta di eleganza, raffinatezza ed espressione delle eccellenze – commenta il vicesindaco di Arezzo Lucia Tanti – Confcommercio, insieme all’Amministrazione comunale, da sempre valorizza la città con queste iniziative: piazza Grande ogni anno è sempre più viva e attrattiva, merito della forte alleanza tra Comune e soggetti che vivono la città”.Il menù, servito in contemporanea dai quattro ristoranti coinvolti, proporrà piatti che uniscono tradizione toscana a piatti della cucina internazionali. Si inizierà con tacos, hummus di melanzane viola, germogli e zenzero e un soffice di zucchine novelle con fiore croccante e zafferano. A seguire, cilindro di ricotta e borragine con dressing di sedano rapa, pomodoro confit, basilico e perle di limone, poi vitello al punto rosa in crosta di erbette aromatiche con riduzione di sangiovese, cupola di patate e fungo scottato. Per concludere, caramello goloso e sorbetto al passion fruit, il tutto accompagnato dal Rosé delle Tenute della Fraternita. Come da tradizione, la cena sarà preceduta dal White Aperitivo: a partire dalle 19, i pubblici esercizi della piazza serviranno drink speciali creati per l’occasione, in attesa del servizio in tavola.UN PRATO NEL CUORE DELLA PIAZZAAnche quest’anno, il centro dellapiazza si colorerà di verde grazie all’allestimento di un prato naturale di oltre 330 metri quadrati, che verrà posato già dalla mattina del 17 luglio e rimarrà in loco fino a domenica 20. L’iniziativa è firmata Confcommercio in collaborazione con l’azienda aretina Fabbri Vivai e farà da cornice a una serie di eventi e momenti speciali nei quattro giorni di permanenza. Anche chi non parteciperà alla cena potrà vivere la magia della serata, passeggiando tra installazioni, musica e performance artistiche in uno scenario unico e suggestivo. SPETTACOLI, MUSICA E PERFORMANCELa serata sarà arricchita da un programma di spettacoli gratuiti e aperti al pubblico. In consolle il DJ Luca Ulivieri che, con la sua inconfondibile Fiat 500 bianca, animerà il mattonato con un DJ set coinvolgente. Il pubblico sarà accolto da atmosfere fiabesche grazie alla Compagnia Teatrale Accademia Creativa, che metterà in scena trampolieri, farfalle luminose e momenti di teatro urbano a sorpresa. APERTURA SERALE STRAORDINARIA DELLA FRATERNITA DEI LAICIDa non perdere anche l’apertura serale straordinaria fino alle ore 23 del Palazzo della Fraternita dei Laici.
