Una serata di luglio, una città viva che pulsa nello spirito di Estate in città con tantissime persone, soprattutto famiglie di tifernati e turisti, che hanno risposto all’invito di incontrarsi e stare insieme nel centro storico per la spettacolare parata Walt Disney. I personaggi dei cartoni animati più amati dai bambini hanno fatto divertire grandi e piccini. Per il quarto anno consecutivo grazie alla collaborazione tra comune e consorzio pro centro, con la “Parata Disney” è tornato uno degli appuntamenti di “Estate in città” più attesi dalle famiglie. Subito dopo il calar del sole l’allegra e colorata sfilata dei protagonisti più celebri del grande e piccolo schermo, degli idoli dei fumetti, degli eroi e delle principesse si è impossessata delle piazze e delle vie principali dove si affacciano i negozi del cuore della città, che per l’occasione sono rimasti aperti, con una ricca offerta di sconti nell’ambito dei saldi estivi. A coinvolgere tutti i presenti in giochi e scherzi gli allegri componenti della Parata ValdichianaDisney, attiva ormai da oltre 10 anni. Un gruppo di amici che nel 2014 hanno deciso di mettersi insieme e vestire i panni dei personaggi Disney durante il Carnevale di Foiano e che oggi portano gioia e spensieratezza in giro per l’Italia. Grazie agli spettacoli e alla contagiosa comicità dei suoi animatori, la Parata Disney ha coinvolto tutti in un vortice di divertimento per tutte le età. “E’ stata la serata dei bambini, delle famiglie e non solo anche di coloro più in là con gli anni che hanno potuto ricordare gli eroi dei fumetti dell’infanzia sempre attuali e divertenti. Si è ripetuto il grande successo delle edizioni precedenti, con le persone che hanno popolato il centro storico come vogliamo noi, nel segno del piacere di stare insieme, dell’allegria e della spensieratezza, nella cornice della bellezza dei nostri monumenti e dei nostri palazzi”, hanno sottolineato con soddisfazione l’assessore al Commercio e al Turismo Letizia Guerri, ed il presidente del Consorzio Pro Centro, Flavio Benni. “La parata dei personaggi dei cartoni animati – hanno concluso – è entrata ormai nel cuore dei bambini, che la attendono sempre con grande entusiasmo: un appuntamento pensato per le famiglie, con i negozi aperti nell’atmosfera rilassante, piacevole e fresca dello shopping notturno”. Un ringraziamento particolare per la ottima riuscita dell’evento al Consorzio Pro Centro, al personale degli uffici comunali del settore Commercio, della Polizia Locale e di tutti coloro che hanno collaborato con grande dedizione.
