E Lazzerini vanta 23 anni di gestione dell’Albergo Ristorante Imperatore al Passo di Viamaggio (Ar). E poi altri 10 anni a Le Valdazze (frazione di Pieve Santo Stefano) con la Baita dell’Imperatore. Per questo non avrete dubbi ad arrivare fin quassù. Quindi cucina tipica Toscana, di qualità e di sostanza, a contenuto stagionale. E in cucina Doriana Tombini (cugina del Lazzerini) la quale si occupa di tutta la pasta fatta in casa. Sicché, antipasti tradizionali. Poi, dai cappelletti in brodo ai ravioli di erbe e ricotta, dalla polenta di mais agli agnellotti ripieni di carne. E altro ancora. E sughi assortiti a scelta. Dopodiché, tra l’altro, dal cinghiale in umido al capriolo, dalla bistecca di cervo alla tagliata ai porcini. Ma anche porcini freschi fritti o alla griglia. E fagioli all’uccelletto da non dimenticare. Al dolce, crema della Doriana, crostata e cantucci. E per accompagnare il pasto un solo vino rosso della casa, proviente da nobile azienda di Sant’Angelo in Colle nei pressi di Montalcino.
