AREZZO – Formati 10 nuovi professionisti degli impianti tecnologici Il progetto di tirocinio e formazione in collaborazione con Confartigianato e Cassa di Risparmio Firenze si è concluso a fine giugno. Previsti nuovi corsi per il 2026.
Hanno finito il tirocinio lo scorso 30 giugno i dieci nuovi tecnici addetti all’istallazione e alla manutenzione di impiantistica idraulica, elettrica e del riscaldamento (caldaie, frigoriferi, condizionatori, pompe di calore): due mesi di corso, 300 ore di pratica in azienda, un’indennità di 1.000 euro al completamento del tirocinio. L’obiettivo era dare l’opportunità a giovani di età superiore ai 16 anni e persone inoccupate di lavorare in un settore in crescita, in cui l’età media è alta e senza ricambio occupazionale e che da tempo fa registrare una grande richiesta di nuovi professionisti. Alla conclusione del percorso, 4 studenti sono stati inseriti nelle aziende in cui hanno effettuato il tirocinio.
Sostenere la conoscenza dello sviluppo tecnologico e dell’impiantistica, creare opportunità professionali o aumentare le proprie competenze, sostenere nel concreto domanda e offerta e rispondere in modo mirato alle esigenze del mercato e delle imprese, combattere la dispersione scolastica sono stati gli obiettivi di questo progetto formativo che “Zero Spreco EDU” di Aisa Impianti S.p.a., insieme a Confartigianato e la Fondazione Cassa di Risparmio di Firenze ha promosso nell’ambito de “La scuola dei mestieri”. Tre realtà che insieme ne hanno curato in sinergia ogni aspetto: dalla formazione teorica, prevista presso la centrale di recupero integrale “Zero Spreco” di Aisa Impianti e la sede di Confartigianato ad Arezzo, alla possibilità di svolgere il tirocinio presso imprese socie dell’associazione di categoria. Con le aziende coinvolte già nella fase progettuale dei programmi di formazione, il coinvolgimento diretto di titolari e imprenditori e di una forte rete di sostegno per i partecipanti (tutor, referenti, docenti, professionisti), l’incontro tra la domanda mercato del lavoro e le aspirazioni personali dei futuri professionisti ha trovato un equilibrio positivo. Il successo ottenuto con questa iniziativa ha spinto i soggetti coinvolti a programmare un altro corso per addetti all’impiantistica per il 2026 e a verificare la fattibilità anche di altri percorsi formativi nel settore legno arredo.
“Il progetto nasce dall’obiettivo che l’azienda ha sempre avuto di restituire al proprio territorio le risorse ricavate, e dalla capacità di questo impianto, che si è trasformato in una centrale di recupero totale, di recuperare risorse finanziarie che prima andavano a finire in discarica- ha detto Giacomo Cherici, presidente di Aisa Impianti s.p.a. Questa capacità economica oggi consente da una parte di pagare i mutui per costruire la centrale e dall’altra di avere a disposizione risorse per supportare iniziative come queste, a favore dello sviluppo del proprio territorio”.
“Questo progetto corona e rafforza gli obiettivi del nostro più ampio contenitore, ‘Costruttori di Futuro’,che raggruppa percorsi rivolti agli studenti di diversi cicli scolastici. In questo caso l’obiettivo è stato arginare il complesso fenomeno della dispersione scolastica- ha detto Marco Bacci, responsabile Categorie Confartigianato Imprese Arezzo. Abbiamo anche avuto l’opportunità di approfondire temi cruciali per il futuro delle nostre imprese: la necessità di individuare e formare manodopera qualificata, la capacità per le aziende di diversificare i loro mercati, l’importanza di promuovere il risparmio energetico e l’adozione di criteri ESG per valorizzare le aziende e metterle in condizione di accedere a bandi, finanziamenti e agevolazioni”.
“L’ufficio scolastico di Arezzo, ringrazia Aisa impianti, Confartigianato e tutte le imprese per la promozione del progetto di ‘Scuola dei mestieri”, un’ iniziativa di formazione utile ed efficace per l’inserimento nel mondo del lavoro di giovani che così possono acquisire competenze tecniche e realizzarsi nel loro percorso formativo, ha detto Lorenzo Pierazzi, dirigente ufficio scolastico ambito territoriale di Arezzo.
