Le sfide del presente per il settore enologico, la capacità di coniugare il vino alle nuove tendenze, il rapporto con le nuove generazioni. Sono le priorità di cui Anastasia Mancini si occuperà all’interno del consiglio di amministrazione del Consorzio di tutela Vino Chianti Docg. L’organismo ricomprende tutta la denominazione «Chianti Docg», inclusi il Vinsanto del Chianti, le zone Colli dell’Etruria centrale e Chianti Colli Aretini.

Anastasia Mancini, imprenditrice di settore e vice presidente di Confagricoltura Arezzo, ha accolto con entusiasmo questa elezione e tratteggia alcune delle priorità di cui si sta occupando a beneficio del mondo del vino e in particolare del Consorzio di tutela Vino Chianti Docg. «Avrò la possibilità di occuparmi più da vicino delle tematiche della denominazione e del mercato  spiega Mancini — in particolare sugli aspetti legati alla qualità del prodotto, contribuendo a prendere decisioni sulla produzione e in particolare sulle declinazioni future, anche alla luce delle novità di mercato. L’obiettivo è rappresentare al meglio la categoria dei viticoltori e le realtà medio-piccole che sono presenti nella nostra denominazione. Occorre coltivare, anche all’interno del Consorzio, questa visione che è composta da tante aziende e dalle realtà del territorio aretino. Il Chianti è una grande denominazione con molte zone e ciascuna di esse ha le sue peculiarità». Mancini giunge nel Cda del Consorzio di tutela Vino Chianti Docg in un momento complesso per il settore: «In questo momento ci sono rallentamenti importanti sui consumi – spiega l’imprenditrice – si tratta di trend che sono dovuti a più fattori, ma principalmente dalla riduzione dei consumi del vino come bevanda alcolica in generale, anche per questioni generazionali. Occorre ripartire dai consumi per invertire il trend di mercato. Dobbiamo andare a lavorare sulla qualità e sull’immagine del prodotto, quindi tutelare e promuovere il marchio. Abbiamo la volontà di rendere consapevoli i nuovi consumatori potenziali e quindi i giovani, parlare con loro, valorizzare la cultura del vino rispetto ai super alcolici e alle sostanze sintetiche».  Le novità relative al consumo si incrociano con le criticità geopolitiche legate alle vicende belliche e a quelle degli annunciati dazi: «Siamo a fare i conti con imminenti criticità dovute ai dazi per l’export – prosegue Mancini – Dobbiamo intervenire sulla comunicazione del prodotto anche per rispondere ai tentativi di demonizzazione. A livello europeo si fa confusione, abbiamo sempre promosso un consumo responsabile del vino, come elemento integrato nella dieta Mediterranea e per una corretta alimentazione. Il vino non è una bevanda alcolica qualsiasi e il Chianti non è una vino qualsiasi. C’è un tema sul potere d’acquisto dei consumatori, ma il Chianti ha un valore aggiunto, a partire dal rapporto qualità/prezzo che è molto favorevole. Oltre alla caratteristica di essere un vino di grande bevibilità, freschezza e leggerezza. Altro punto di forza è rappresentato dal disciplinare che non prevede un’impronta alcolica elevata, quindi ha le carte in regola per affrontare naturalmente la sfida della bassa gradazione». Un’ultima riflessione Anastasia Mancini la fa sulla prossima annata che si preannuncia buona: «Sia a livello di qualità – precisa – salvo episodi meteo critici ci attendiamo una buona vendemmia anche a livello di quantità. Nonostante una primavera non partita benissimo, oggi grazie ad una serie di condizioni favorevoli abbiamo le vigne cariche».
