Si tratta di un risultato importante, che si inserisce all’interno di un contesto consolidato di welfare aziendale e rappresenta il frutto di un lavoro condiviso, improntato alla valorizzazione del personale, alla promozione del benessere organizzativo e alla partecipazione attiva alla vita dell’impresa. I nuovi percorsi premiali sono stati costruiti attraverso un confronto sindacale serio, partecipato e costruttivo, con l’obiettivo di rafforzare la qualità del lavoro e sostenere lo sviluppo del trasporto pubblico locale, con particolare attenzione al territorio della provincia di Arezzo. Nel caso specifico di Tft Spa – controllata del gruppo – il rinnovo del contratto di servizio regionale, gli adeguamenti tariffari, gli investimenti in materiale rotabile, la formazione continua, l’attenzione alla sicurezza attiva e passiva dei passeggeri, i nuovi inserimenti occupazionali e lo sviluppo strategico dei servizi merci in sinergia con partner nazionali hanno reso possibile l’introduzione, nel piano di welfare aziendale, della redistribuzione percentuale di una quota dell’utile netto di bilancio a beneficio di tutti i dipendenti. Luca Attoniti, segretario della Fit-Cisl di Arezzo, sottolinea come questo risultato sia il frutto di un metodo: «Le scelte condivise, partecipative e responsabili – afferma – sono l’espressione concreta di relazioni sindacali continue, corrette e mai contrapposte negli obiettivi, anche se distinte nei meriti. Solo così si riesce a costruire una visione comune, capace di cogliere e approfondire le opportunità di crescita e sviluppo per le aziende, i lavoratori e l’intero territorio». La Cisl esprime piena soddisfazione per l’intesa raggiunta, che conferma l’importanza di un dialogo sociale fondato sulla fiducia, sulla trasparenza e sulla responsabilità condivisa.
