Dall’11 al 14 settembre torna la rassegna giovanile che unisce passione, storia e valorizzazione dei talenti locali Si terrà da giovedì 11 a domenica 14 settembre allo Stadio Buitoni la IV edizione del torneo giovanile “Il nostro calcio – Memorial Silvano Luzzi”.
Un evento graditissimo che sta sempre più affermandosi come appuntamento fisso nel calendario settembrino riservato alla categoria Giovanissimi Sperimentali (2012) e che quest’anno vedrà la partecipazione di sei società, le cui formazioni si affronteranno nel girone E della serie D – Aquila Montevarchi 1902, Cannara, Foligno 1928, Sporting Club Trestina, Terranuova Traiana – oltre, ovviamente, alla squadra di casa, il Vivi Altotevere Sansepolcro.
Per i giovani atleti ci sarà poi l’opportunità di misurarsi con due fra le migliori realtà calcistiche della Toscana, Empoli e Arezzo, che prenderanno parte al torneo nella giornata conclusiva schierando i ragazzi del 2013.
Il programma prevede una prima fase a gironi nelle giornate di giovedì 11 e venerdì 12; le vincitrici dei due triangolari incontreranno in semifinale domenica mattina (dalle ore 10.00) 14 settembre Arezzo ed Empoli, in attesa della finalina per il 3/4 posto alle 15.30 e della finalissima che avrà calcio d’inizio alle 16.30.Memoria e identità sono da sempre i due pilastri su cui il Sansepolcro Calcio ha fondato e costruito la sua storia da quel lontano 1921, quando nacque l’Unione Sportiva Sansepolcro. Per questo siamo molto orgogliosi di organizzare la quarta edizione del torneo “Memorial Silvano Luzzi”.È un’occasione preziosa per valorizzare il calcio giovanile del nostro territorio e per ricordare la figura di Silvano – imprenditore illuminato e persona dalle indiscusse qualità umane – e quello che è stato il suo contributo al Club biturgense e alla Città di Sansepolcro.
