Ultimi appuntamenti e cerimonia di premiazione inizia all’alba, domenica 7 settembre, la giornata conclusiva della XXVI edizione della Biennale Europea d’Arte Fabbrile.Le forge in piazza Mazzini si accendono alle 7 per l’ultimo turno del 12° Campionato mondiale di forgiatura, aggiunto in via eccezionale visto l’alto numero di richieste di partecipazione di quest’anno, dalle 10 restano accese per la dimostrazione di forgiatura fuori dal campionato.
Dalle 10 apre il Lanificio con Spazio Espositivo “Lanificio Spazio Vuoto_Incubatore di Idee” e spazio dedicato al Laboratorio di Forgiatura per bambini da 6 a 12 anni condotto da Daphne Kooistra e Damiano Della Roia, dalle 10 alle 13 e dalle 15 alle 19 (Evento gratuito con prenotazione obbligatoria presso Area forgiatura al Lanificio). Nella Cappella della Madonna del Ponte è aperta la mostra “Cento soli di ferro” a cura del festival Užventis Mene, esposizione di una collezione di croci realizzate da fabbri e fabbre della Lituania. In piazza Tanucci si passeggia tra le opere del “Percorso d’Arte Scultorea_5° Concorso Internazionale di Scultura” mentre al “Museo del Bosco, della montagna e dello sci”, all’Ecomuseo del Casentino è possibile visitare l’esposizione “Memorie di ferro. Manufatti d’Arte Fabbrile della Tradizione Casentinese”. In via de Amicis apre il mercatino dei piccoli oggetti in ferro mentre in piazza della Repubblicagli stand espositivi con attrezzature per la lavorazione dei metalli.
Alle 10 al Parco del Palagio Fiorentino, sul lato del parco verso il Lanificio, si tiene l’“Esibizione della Compagnia Arcieri di Palagio Fiorentino” con la prova di tiro con l’arco per adulti. Gli eventi collaterale chiudono alle 19, al Planetario da dove è possibile osservare “La Luna Rossa: l’eclissi totale di luna”. L’edizione 2025 della Biennale Europea d’Arte Fabbrile si conclude alle 17.30 con la cerimonia di premiazione in piazza Tanucci. La Biennale Europea d’Arte Fabbrile di Stia è realizzata dall’Associazione Biennale d’Arte Fabbrile e il Comune di Pratovecchio Stia, in collaborazione con Regione Toscana, Parco Nazionale delle Foreste Casentinesi, Monte Falterona e Campigna, Camera di Commercio di Arezzo-Siena e BCC Banca di Anghiari e Stia, con il patrocinio della Provincia di Arezzo, di Confartigianato Imprese Arezzo, CNA Arezzo e CESVOT. La manifestazione si svolge anche grazie al sostegno di Freschi & Vangelisti Srl, Siegwerk, I Tre Magi, Fondazione Giuseppe e Adele Baracchi, Miniconf S.p.A. – Maglificio Giò, Banca Generali, Coingas, Eco Trade, Polistamp, Fiumiflex – Tappezzeria Fiumicelli.
