Il 13 e 14 settembre anche Ausl Romagna sarà al Village di Cesenatico con iniziative per tutte le età dedicate alla prevenzione, alla salute e al benessere.
Ausl Romagna corre con Maratona Alzheimer. Sabato 13 e domenica 14 settembre i Servizi Territoriali di Igiene e Sanità Pubblica, il Dipartimento di Cure Primarie insieme agli Infermieri di Famiglia e Comunità, la Casa di Comunità di Cesenatico, il Centro Disturbi Cognitivi e Demenze, la Pediatria di Comunità e Consultorio Familiare saranno presenti al Village di Cesenatico con una serie di iniziative per tutte le etàdedicate alla prevenzione, alla salute e al benessere. Ecco il programma con il dettaglio delle attività:
“Metti alla prova la tua forza”: sabato 13 e domenica 14 settembre, dalle 10 alle 13 sarà possibile eseguire con un Tecnico di Attività Motoria di Ausl Romagna un test di forza per gli arti superiori e inferiori e scoprire le proprie abilità fisiche.
“Pausa Attiva Alzheimer”: sabato 13 e domenica 14 settembre, alle 10 e alle 11, grazie al supporto del Tecnico di Attività Motoria di Ausl Romagna, sarà possibile sperimentare “La Pausa attiva” per contrastare la sedentarietà. Un breve serie di semplici esercizi appositamente pensati per interrompere i momenti di sedentarietà fisica e riattivare corpo e mente, da eseguire in autonomia, anche a casa.
“Alimentati con gusto e salute”: sabato 13 e domenica 14 settembre, dalle 10 alle 13 incontro dal titolo il “PIATTO SANO” con gli operatori del Dipartimento di Sanità Pubblica che spiegheranno come scegliere gli alimenti da mettere in tavola per un piatto sano e bilanciato.
“La prevenzione è un dono che puoi fare a te stesso”: sabato 13 settembre, dalle 9 alle 13, alla Casa della Comunità di Cesenatico, gli Infermieri di Famiglia e Comunità e gli operatori sanitari del Centro Disturbi Cognitivi e Demenze accoglieranno persone con patologie croniche e disturbi cognitivi soggettivi, assieme ai loro familiari. Si potranno ricevere informazioni sui percorsi preventivi e diagnostici presenti sul territorio e si potranno effettuare screening brevi con test cognitivi.
“Alla Maratona Alzheimer c’è spazio fin da piccoli!”: sabato 13 settembre, dalle 14 alle 18, le infermiere della Pediatria di Comunità e del Consultorio Familiare saranno presenti con attività divulgative di promozione della salute per i bambini e le loro famiglie e la distribuzione di materiale informativo sulla musica, sulla lettura, sulla prevenzione degli incidenti e sullo Spazio Giovani.
“Sul palco la salute prende forma con la camminata!”: sabato 13 settembre, alle ore 17, incontro coi Walking Leader per conoscere i Gruppi di Cammino attivi sul territorio e navigare sulla Mappa della Salute, per muoversi e restare in forma in compagnia.
