Formazione e innovazione in Terapia Intensiva: ad Arezzo il primo workshop sulle lesioni da pressione

Al Digital Home Care infermiere e infermieri dei 7 reparti di Terapia Intensiva della Asl Toscana sud est si sono confrontati per garantire sicurezza e qualità di vita ai pazienti critici Aggiornare competenze e protocolli per prevenire e gestire le ulcere da pressione, una delle complicanze più insidiose nei pazienti critici.

Con questo obiettivo si è svolto oggi al Digital Home Care della Asl Toscana sud est il primo Workshop sul trattamento delle Lesioni da Pressione, promosso dalla Rianimazione dell’Ospedale San Donato con il contributo di docenti esperti esterni. La sala del Digital Home Care si è trasformata in un vero laboratorio di esperienze: infermiere e infermieri di tutti e 7 i reparti di Terapia Intensiva della Asl Toscana sud est hanno condiviso tecniche, strategie e simulazioni pratiche, creando una comunità di pratica capace di valorizzare l’esperienza quotidiana e tradurla in protocolli condivisi.

È questo il vero motore della qualità: costruire, insieme, una presa in cura sempre più attenta, sicura ed efficace. Iniziative come questo workshop dimostrano quanto la collaborazione fra reparti e specialisti della rete lesioni cutanee sia essenziale per tradurre innovazione e conoscenze in una capacità concreta di cura, che dia valore e fiducia alle persone ricoverate e alle loro famiglie”.

“Grazie alla telemedicina, alle simulazioni e agli strumenti digitali possiamo seguire i pazienti anche a distanza ed elevare gli standard formativi di tutto il personale sanitario dell’azienda – spiega Maria Giovanna D’Amato, direttrice Area Dipartimentale Innovazione e sviluppo nello Staff della Direzione Sanitaria della Asl Toscana sud est -. Questo workshop dimostra che innovazione e competenza non sono fini a se stesse, ma mezzi per migliorare concretamente la qualità della vita dei cittadini e la sicurezza delle cure. Investire su percorsi come questo significa costruire un sistema sanitario più resiliente, capace di integrare nuove tecnologie con l’esperienza professionale e di rispondere in maniera rapida e adeguata ai bisogni in continua evoluzione della terapia intensiva.
