Intanto arrivano riconoscimenti per le eccellenze vinicole del territorio Premiato Tommaso Inghirami ai “Food and Travel Italia 2025 Reader Awards” come Giovane Imprenditore dell’anno: “La Valtiberina con le sue unicità territoriali, può diventare un nuovo punto di riferimento per la viticoltura italiana.”

15 ottobre 2025 – In attesa di aprire le porte alla prima edizione di “B.E.V.I. – Borgo Eccellenze Vinicole Italiane”, arrivano buone notizie per la città e per la Valtiberina. Tommaso Inghirami, 35 anni, imprenditore di Sansepolcro, è stato insignito del titolo di “Giovane Imprenditore dell’anno” nell’ambito dei Food and Travel Italia 2025 Reader Awards, per il rilancio della Fattoria di Grignano, per il progetto “Fedra” e per il suo contributo alla valorizzazione del made in Italy. Un riconoscimento che cade a pennello, a pochi giorni dalla prima ’edizione di B.E.V.I.,  a conferma della qualità e dell’innovazione delle cantine emergenti, che sfileranno insieme ai grandi nomi della viticoltura italiana. Negli ultimi anni, Inghirami ha concentrato la sua attività nel mondo del vino, prendendo in consegna l’azienda di famiglia con terreni nel Comune di Pontassieve (FI). Di recente è tornato in Valtiberina, dove ha intrapreso un percorso di recupero e valorizzazione del patrimonio vitivinicolo locale.  Credo molto nella viticoltura della Valtiberina – spiega Inghirami – specie ora che il surriscaldamento globale ha trasformato quella che era una zona preappenninica fredda in un’area più fresca e ideale per diverse tipologie di uve. Ho deciso di recuperare due vigne vecchie, una nella zona di Anghiari e l’altra proprio a Sansepolcro, e ho già prodotto un bianco e un rosso vinificati in anfora. La Valtiberina può entrare nel panorama viticolo italiano se ben raccontata e valorizzata”. Un’idea che si lega perfettamente allo spirito di B.E.V.I. 2025, in programma il 25 e 26 ottobre. “Eventi come B.E.V.I. sono iniziative che fanno bene alla cultura del vino nel territorio – continua Inghirami – e la presenza di Luca Gardini, miglior critico di vini italiani al mondo, che ha selezionato le 100 aziende partecipanti, certifica la qualità dell’evento. Porterà a Sansepolcro prestigiose cantine italiane e i vini più apprezzati in assoluto, accanto a cinque aziende del territorio altotiberino tosco-umbro, il cui successo fa ben sperare per il futuro.”Un riconoscimento importante che conferma la vitalità di un territorio nel quale il vino è parte della storia e della cultura locale. “Molte persone forse se lo sono dimenticato – conclude – ma agli inizi del ’900 la vite  era una delle colture più praticate e diffuse in Valtiberina. Oggi dobbiamo riscoprire questa tradizione e la presenza di tanti giovani produttori è la prova che quell’anima esiste ancora”. 

B.E.V.I. 2025: DUE GIORNI DI VINO, ARTE E CULTURA – Il weekend del 25 e 26 ottobre, Sansepolcro diventa la capitale del vino italiano.

Sabato 25 ottobre sarà dedicato al centro storico con un ricco programma di eventi diffusi tra arte, gusto e tradizione: la cerimonia inaugurale con il corteo degli Sbandieratori e Balestrieri di Sansepolcro, i mercatini autunnali, le aperture straordinarie di musei e la masterclass “Vini del Cuore Sommeliers A.I.S.” (su invito) guidata dai professionisti dell’Associazione Italiana Sommelier, per un viaggio tra le etichette più amate.

Domenica 26 ottobre sarà invece la grande giornata del vino al Borgo Palace Hotel, con il B.E.V.I. Grand Tasting (dalle 12 alle 20), che vedrà protagoniste oltre 100 aziende tra icone e realtà emergenti della viticoltura italiana. L’evento sarà impreziosito da due masterclass d’autore condotte dal wine critic e sommelier Luca Gardini:

  • alle 11.00, “Le Tre B: Barolo, Brunello e Barbaresco”
  • alle 20.00, “I Grandi Vini Supertuscan”
    A completare l’esperienza, lo show cooking stellato del ristorante Pipero Roma e la degustazione dei Sigari Tornabuoni, in collaborazione con la Cigar Club Association.
