Torna la Maratonina Città di Arezzo: tre giorni di sport, slidarietà e partecipazione

Arezzo – Domenica 26 ottobre si accendono i riflettori sulla 26ª edizione della Maratonina Città di Arezzo, uno degli appuntamenti sportivi più attesi dell’anno, organizzato dalla Unione Polisportiva Policiano con il patrocinio del Comune di Arezzo -Regione Toscana-Coni-Fidal-

A poco più di una settimana dall’evento, sono già oltre 1.000 gli atleti iscritti e si prevede una partecipazione straordinaria, con corridori provenienti da tutto il mondo: Spagna, Norvegia, Giappone, Etiopia, Kenya, Burundi e molti altri Paesi saranno rappresentati. L’evento sarà una grande festa, con il coinvolgimento attivo di scuole, famiglie e associazioni del territorio.

Sport, salute e impegno sociale

La Maratonina non è solo competizione, ma anche solidarietà e inclusione. Tra le iniziative più sentite:

  • “Cuore in corsa”, progetto volto alla raccolta fondi per l’acquisto di defibrillatori destinati alle scuole e materiale didattico.
  • Conferenza educativa, venerdì alle ore 11:00 presso lo stand Sport & Salute, con la partecipazione delle scuole di Arezzo, dedicata al tema della Sclerosi Multipla e al corretto comportamento da tenere di fronte a queste problematiche con Medici esperti in Neurologia dell’ospedale S.Donato.
  • In occasione del mese della prevenzione del tumore al seno, la macchina del CALCIT sarà presente con uno stand informativo con il simbolo Rosa Fucsia  e quest’anno la Camminata non competitiva sarà simbolicamente legata all’iniziativa, con partecipanti che indosseranno un pettorale CALCIT.
  • Sarà valido come Campionato Italiano Medici a ricordo del Dott. Tommaso Amato
  • Campionato Italiano Referee Run per gli  Arbitri di Calcio

Tre giorni di eventi e divertimento per tutti Il weekend sarà arricchito da numerose attività collaterali:

  • Gare di velocità in Corso Italia per bambini dai 6 ai 12 anni (sui 50 metri),
  • Esibizioni di ballo a cura del gruppo MSP di Arezzo,
  • Stand informativi, musica e momenti di animazione per tutta la famiglia.
