Noi, cercatori di emozioni…noi, creatori di emozioni… Il Teatro Degli Illuminati di Città di Castello il 24 ottobre 2025 ore 21 ospiterà l’evento “OTTOBRE 25 anni dopo”, una sorta di documentario interattivo dedicato a più di un decennio di attività culturale di qualità dell’Associazione Culturale OTTOBRE diretta da Valeria Ciangottini.

L’Associazione OTTOBRE nasce a Città di Castello nel 1989 per promuovere e diffondere la cultura e le arti di palcoscenico, per offrire soprattutto ai giovani un momento coinvolgente di socializzazione e creare nuove professionalità legate ai mestieri del teatro e non solo. Nel 1994, a compimento di un percorso di seminari e produzioni teatrali, dà vita al Laboratorio Teatrale Permanente di Città di Castello, diretto da Enzo Aronica, svilupperà la sua attività per ben tre bienni, diplomando tre cicli di giovani attori, tra cui alcuni apprezzati giovani professionisti del panorama teatrale, cinematografico e televisivo di oggi. Questo appuntamento vuole essere l’occasione di rivivere, attraverso incontri, testimonianze e documenti visivi, una entusiasmante opportunità che l’impegno di molti ha saputo trasformare in una bella pagina della storia culturale tifernate. L’evento nasce dall’idea di uno dei primi allievi, Lorenzo Cozzari, affascinato dal forte impatto ed effetto inesorabile e deflagrante innescato dall’Associazione Ottobre, e dalla collaborazione di Mauro Silvestrini e di Luisella Chiribini, presidenti delle rispettive associazioni, MEDEM e CYBORG. Insieme sono i promotori dell’evento, tutti, anche se con ruoli diversi, provenienti dalla realtà di OTTOBRE.Con il Patrocinio della Regione Umbria e del Comune di Città di Castello il progetto si avvale della collaborazione di tanti “facenti parte” dell’Ass.Cult. Ottobre.Dopo 25 anni l’energia scaturita negli anni di Ottobre è ancora in movimento. Una realtà incredibile che spingeva sempre “l’asticella più su”, tendeva sempre a migliorare, a puntare più in alto, sempre più avanti di mese in mese di anno in anno. Per i giovani e con i giovani di Città di Castello.

Un tuffo nel passato per ripescare quella sana energia ricevuta, per un “grazie” specifico e motivato a Valeria Ciangottini che ha permesso ad una possibilità di essere realtà.
