Antiriciclaggio: commercialisti e Guardia di Finanza insieme quali sentinelle di legalità. Il tema è stato affrontato nel corso del convegno che si è svolto alla Borsa Merci
Martedì 21 ottobre, alla Borsa Merci in Arezzo, si è svolto un interessante convegno organizzato dall’Ordine dei Dottori Commercialisti e degli Esperti Contabili di Arezzo in collaborazione con il Comando Provinciale della Guardia di Finanza di Arezzo, sul tema “Antiriciclaggio: gli obblighi dei professionisti e le ispezioni della Guardia di Finanza”. Il presidente dell’Ordine Roberto Tiezzi ha aperto i lavori introducendo la normativa e passando la parola al Colonnello Walter Mazzei, Comandante Provinciale della Guardia di Finanza di Arezzo, il quale ha sottolineato l’importante ruolo del commercialista quale “sentinella” di legalità. Il Colonnello Mazzei ha inoltre rimarcato il valore etico del D.Lgs. 231/2007 e la necessità che gli adempimenti a carico dei professionisti siano l’espressione della cultura della legalità, che sempre di più deve penetrare ogni attività economica. Il Tenente Colonnello Federica Iervoglini, Comandante del Nucleo Polizia Economico-Finanziaria della Guardia di Finanza di Arezzo, ha esposto dettagliatamente il sistema e gli obblighi antiriciclaggio concentrando l’attenzione, sull’adeguata verifica della clientela, sulla conservazione dei dati e sull’obbligo di segnalazione. Il Luogotenente c.s. Fabrizio Ciarlantini, Comandante della Sezione Tutela Economia della Guardia di Finanza ha, quindi, esemplificato le possibili modalità di verifica, descrivendo le fasi dell’attività ispettiva nonché gli aspetti che risultano maggiormente significativi ai fini del rispetto della normativa antiriciclaggio.
Infine, il Maresciallo Aiutante Gian Francesco Gamurrini ha esposto il sistema sanzionatorio, con un particolare approfondimento sulle circostanze che possono aggravare la pena amministrativa.
