MARCIANO DELLA CHIANA – Un servizio gratuito del Comune, in collaborazione con Manpower, per accompagnare giovani e adulti verso nuove opportunità professionali. Marciano della Chiana continua a investire sulle persone e sul futuro.
L’Amministrazione Comunale, in collaborazione con l’Agenzia Manpower, ha attivato un nuovo Sportello Informativo per il Lavoro, un servizio gratuito rivolto a tutti i cittadini — non solo di Marciano, ma anche del territorio circostante — pensato per favorire l’incontro tra domanda e offerta di lavoroe per accompagnare giovani e adulti nei percorsi di inserimento o reinserimento professionale.
Lo sportello sarà operativo ogni ultimo giovedì del mese da ottobre 2025 ad aprile 2026, presso il piano terra del Palazzo Comunale, dalle 10 alle 12.30.
Sarà possibile partecipare a colloqui di orientamento personalizzati, ricevere informazioni aggiornate sulle offerte di lavoro disponibili e prendere parte a seminari e incontri tematici dedicati al mercato del lavoro, ai tirocini e alla formazione.
L’iniziativa nasce da un protocollo d’intesa tra il Comune di Marciano della Chiana e Manpower, una delle principali realtà nazionali nel campo dei servizi per l’impiego, con l’obiettivo di creare un punto di riferimento stabile per chi cerca lavoro o desidera migliorare la propria posizione professionale.
“Abbiamo voluto fortemente questo sportello – dichiara la Sindaca Maria De Palma – perché crediamo che un Comune debba essere vicino ai cittadini non solo nei servizi quotidiani, ma anche nelle sfide più importanti della vita, come quella del lavoro. Marciano sta vivendo una fase di crescita demografica in controtendenza rispetto a molti altri comuni della Valdichiana: la popolazione aumenta, e questo è il segno che il nostro territorio è attrattivo non solo per le opportunità abitative, ma anche per quelle occupazionali. Vogliamo continuare su questa strada, sostenendo chi cerca un impiego, soprattutto i giovani, ma anche chi desidera reinserirsi nel mondo del lavoro dopo un periodo di difficoltà.”
L’Assessore alle Politiche Sociali Leonardo Magi aggiunge: “Il lavoro rappresenta la base della dignità e dell’autonomia di ogni persona. Con questo sportello vogliamo dare un segnale concreto di attenzione e vicinanza, offrendo strumenti utili e un supporto reale a chi si trova in una fase di cambiamento o di ricerca. È un modo per tradurre in azioni concrete il principio di una comunità che non lascia indietro nessuno.”
Con questa iniziativa, l’Amministrazione comunale conferma il proprio impegno nel promuovere politiche attive per l’occupazione, rafforzando il legame tra istituzioni, imprese e cittadini, e costruendo una comunità in cui lavoro, formazione e sviluppo locale procedano di pari passo.
