Comune di Arezzo – È stato l’assessore Alessandro Casi a illustrare la variazione al piano triennale delle opere pubbliche 2025/2027: “per quanto riguarda questi ultimi mesi del 2025 – ha esordito Casi – come novità importante abbiamo introdotto, per un importo di 250.000 euro, la realizzazione degli spogliatoi alla palestra Piero della Francesca, da poco inaugurata in via Malpighi. Locali evidentemente necessari e che s’inseriscono in una logica di razionale completamento di questa struttura sportiva e a uso scolastico

La nostra progettualità non si è fermata a questa previsione ma ha abbracciato ulteriori opere che non erano inserite nei piani precedenti mentre adesso lo sono, con partenza nel 2026: i nuovi spogliatoi alla scuola di ciclismo in via Fratelli Lebole, 250.000 euro, il consolidamento delle mura di via Padre Caprara, 1.000.000 di euro, la manutenzione delle strade lastricate del centro storico, 600.000 euro. Va al 2026 anche la sistemazione della scarpata a Giovi. Scalano inoltre al 2027 la rotatoria in via Chiarini, il secondo lotto della riqualificazione dell’area Gioco del Pallone e la ciclopista Pratantico – San Leo”. La pratica è stata approvata con 19 voti favorevoli e 8 contrari.
