Il Comune di Sarteano rinnova il proprio impegno a favore dei cittadini che devono affrontare il pagamento dell’affitto di un’abitazione conil bando per l’assegnazione dei contributi ad integrazione dei canoni di locazione. l’Amministrazione Comunale intende infatti sostenere il diritto alla casa, offrendo un aiuto concreto a chi, vivendo in affitto, incontra difficoltà economiche legate al reddito o all’aumento del costo della vita. È davvero triste – commenta il Sindaco Francesco Landi – constatare che, anche per l’anno in corso, il Governo Meloni abbia scelto di non finanziare il fondo affitti, previsto dalla Legge 431 fin dal 1998. Ma la cosa non ci stupisce, visto che è stata uno dei primi segnali dati da questa maggioranza fin dall’insediamento. E così, a fronte di uno Stato che solo a parole dice di essere dalla parte del popolo, abbiamo dovuto provvedere da soli, andando a reperire 15.000 euro dal bilancio comunale tagliando, ovviamente, ad altre voci di spesa”. Il bando, approvato con deliberazione della Giunta comunale n. 104 del 23 ottobre 2025 e con determinazione n. 1159 del 30 ottobre 2025, è destinato ai cittadini residenti nel Comune di Sarteano che sostengono spese di locazione per la propria abitazione principale. Possono presentare domanda i cittadini italiani, comunitari o stranieri in possesso di regolare titolo di soggiorno e titolari di un contratto di affitto regolarmente registrato per un immobile situato nel territorio comunale.Le domande potranno essere presentate entro le ore 12:00 del 17 novembre 2025, utilizzando l’apposito modulo disponibile sul sito istituzionale del Comune (www.comune.sarteano.si.it). La documentazione dovrà essere consegnata all’Ufficio Protocollo (Corso Garibaldi, 7) oppure inviata via PEC all’indirizzo comune.sarteano@consorzioterrecablate.it o tramite e-mail a protocollo@comune.sarteano.si.it.
I contributi verranno assegnati in base all’incidenza del canone di locazione sul reddito familiare, secondo i criteri fissati dalla normativa regionale. Il bando prevede due fasce di accesso: fascia A, per i nuclei familiari con ISEE fino a due pensioni minime INPS; fascia B, per i nuclei con ISEE compreso tra due pensioni minime e 32.456,72 euro. Anche quest’anno, nonostante l’assenza di risorse statali, il Comune di Sarteano ha scelto di integrare con fondi propri le risorse regionali, garantendo la continuità di un aiuto che negli anni si è rivelato fondamentale per numerosi cittadini.
