Palestina, ambiente, politiche familiari e Polizia locale all’ordine del giorno del consiglio comunale convocato per lunedì 10 novembre Si parlerà di bilancio, urbanistica, servizi e lavori pubblici, viabilità, Palestina, ambiente, politiche familiari e Polizia locale nella seduta del consiglio comunale che il presidente Luciano Bacchetta ha convocato per lunedì 10 novembre, alle ore 18.00, nella residenza municipale di piazza Gabriotti.
I lavori inizieranno con l’assessore competente Mauro Mariangeli che presenterà all’assise alcune questioni riguardanti il bilancio, dalle recenti delibere di giunta per il prelievo dal fondo di riserva e per la variazione agli stanziamenti di cassa, fino a una variazione di competenza consiliare e al riconoscimento della legittimità di debiti fuori bilancio derivanti da una sentenza del Consiglio di Stato del giugno scorso. A seguire, il vice sindaco con delega all’Urbanistica Giuseppe Stefano Bernicchi porterà all’attenzione dei consiglieri comunali l’approvazione dell’accordo sostitutivo e della donazione modale a favore del Demanio finalizzati all’utilizzo di un’area per dotazioni e verde pubblico del capoluogo per la realizzazione della nuova Caserma dei Carabinieri. L’assessore ai Lavori Pubblici Riccardo Carletti prenderà la parola per riferire in merito costituzione di servitù di gasdotto per la realizzazione metanodotto Sansepolcro-Foligno su terreni di proprietà comunale. L’assessore alle Politiche Sociali Benedetta Calagreti proporrà, quindi, l’adozione della convenzione per la gestione associata del servizio adozioni nazionali ed internazionali e l’affido familiare tra la Zona Sociale 1 e la Zona Sociale 7 dell’Umbria. La seduta proseguirà con la discussione di alcune interrogazioni alle quali sarà chiamato a rispondere l’assessore Carletti: quella del consigliere Roberto Brunelli (PD) sullo stato di manutenzione, la carenza di parcheggi, le problematiche di accessibilità e la mancanza di servizi igienici presso l’ufficio postale di Promano, con la richiesta di un tavolo di dialogo per la riqualificazione del servizio; quella dei consiglieri Fabio Bellucci e Rosanna Sabba (Lista Civica Luca Secondi Sindaco) sul cantiere per il rifacimento del ponte sulla strada provinciale 105 di Trestina; quella del consigliere Valerio Mancini (Lega) sull’illuminazione nel parcheggio pubblico di via Martin Luther King; quella della consigliera Emanuela Arcaleni (Castello Cambia) sulla ciclovia del Cassero e i parcheggi Collesi e Ferri. Il consiglio comunale si confronterà, poi, sull’ordine del giorno della consigliera Luciana Bassini (Gruppo Misto-Azione) per l’annullamento della deliberazione n. 260 del 21 marzo 2025 riferita all’aumento dell’addizionale regionale Irpef e sulla mozione a prima firma del consigliere Tommaso Campagni e per la condanna dei cori inneggianti a “un’intifada pure qua” durante la manifestazione propal, con la richiesta di dissociazione formale da parte del consiglio comunale. I lavori continueranno con la risposta dell’assessore Carletti al consigliere Brunelli (PD) sull’urgente intervento di manutenzione dell’area camper comunale di piazzale Ferri e con la discussione della mozione del consigliere Gionata Gatticchi (PD) per l’esposizione della bandiera palestinese in Comune. La riunione si concluderà con le repliche ad alcune interrogazioni e interpellanze: l’assessore Mariangeli risponderà al consigliere Campagni (FI) sulla manutenzione dei corsi d’acqua e fossati in prossimità dei centri abitati; l’assessore Calagreti riferirà ai consiglieri Elda Rossi e Riccardo Leveque (FDI) sulle politiche familiari e l’utilizzo del fondo per le politiche della famiglia 2025, con chiarimenti sull’impiego delle risorse destinate al Comune di Città di Castello; il sindaco Luca Secondi fornirà al consigliere Filippo Schiattelli (Unione Civica Tiferno) le informazioni richieste sull’operato della Polizia Locale e sulle vicende che hanno coinvolto il consigliere Lignani Marchesani e il presidente Bacchetta.
