Un nuovo modo di raccontare e vivere la Toscana. È questo lo spirito con cui è nato Tuscanico, il progetto promosso dal Distretto Rurale di Montalcino e finanziato dalla Regione Toscana, presentato sabato 8 novembre nella suggestiva cornice del Castello di San Giovanni d’Asso, in occasione della Mostra Mercato del Tartufo Bianco delle Crete Senesi organizzata dalla Proloco di San Giovanni d’Asso e coordinata dal Comune di Montalcino Tuscanico è una rete di imprese che coinvolge aziende e realtà di Montalcino, della Val d’Orcia, delle Crete Senesi, dell’Amiata e dell’Alta Maremma. Realtà diverse ma unite da un obiettivo comune: valorizzare i territori attraverso un modello di turismo lento, autentico e sostenibile. Cuore del progetto è la piattaforma online tuscanico.eu, un sito vetrina ed e-commerce pensato per mettere in connessione imprese, prodotti e persone. Uno spazio digitale dove scoprire i protagonisti del territorio e, presto, prenotare esperienze immersive che permetteranno a chi visita questi luoghi di entrare in contatto diretto con i produttori e con le comunità locali — veri ambasciatori dell’identità toscana. «Tuscanico nasce per fare rete e per andare controcorrente — spiegano i promotori — per offrire un’alternativa al turismo di massa e restituire valore alle persone, ai paesaggi e alle storie che rendono unica questa parte di Toscana». Partner fondamentali del progetto, oltre alla Regione Toscana che lo ha finanziato, è la Fondazione Territoriale del Brunello di Montalcino, la Rete dei Distretti (RE.DI) quale impresa beneficiaria e protagonista del progetto. Tra i retisti che hanno partecipato attivamente al progetto figurano anche l’Istituto Superiore “Bettino Ricasoli” di Siena, Istituto Professionale Agrario di Montalcino e Opera Laboratori, insieme a numerose imprese agricole, artigiane e turistiche del territorio. La realizzazione di Tuscanico è stata possibile grazie al contributo di Gate39 e Innesto Lab, che ha curato la strategia e la comunicazione del progetto. Tuscanico è solo all’inizio: il portale si arricchirà progressivamente di nuove imprese e di proposte di viaggio, per far scoprire, passo dopo passo, una Toscana meno conosciuta ma più autentica.
