L’importanza di fare rete in Romagna al 3° Convegno annuale, a Rimini sabato 29 novembre: il programma della giornata Continua a crescere anno dopo anno la Rete di Scuole che Promuovono Salute in Romagna, coinvolgendo un numero sempre maggiore di istituti scolastici di ogni ordine e grado: dalle Direzioni Didattiche agli Istituti Comprensivi, fino alle Scuole Secondarie di Secondo Grado.
Al momento sono infatti una sessantina gli istituti da tutta la Romagna che hanno aderito alla Rete, a testimonianza dell’importanza crescente di questo percorso per la salute e il benessere nelle scuole. Grazie alla Rete, ogni anno vengono formati centinaia di docenti, che partecipano a corsi su temi fondamentali per portare in classe attività come le Pause Attive, l’uso efficace delle Life Skills e la promozione di stili di vita sani e corretti. Le progettualità sono numerose, molte delle quali proposte dall’AUSL in co-progettazione, e le scuole scelgono ogni anno quelle più adatte al loro specifico contesto. L’obiettivo è consolidare una cultura del lavoro in rete, capace di superare interventi settoriali e promuovere azioni mirate e integrate nei diversi contesti scolastici. Questo modello di collaborazione permette di ottimizzare le risorse e affrontare problemi complessi con una visione sinergica, promuovendo alleanze allargate che favoriscono lo sviluppo di una responsabilità collettiva.
Il percorso di Rete non sarebbe possibile senza il lavoro di squadra e la sinergia tra Uffici Scolastici, servizi volontariato, centri per le famiglie, amministrazioni comunali e, naturalmente, le Scuole, che sono le vere protagoniste della Rete (possono inviare direttamente alla Regione la richiesta di adesione ogni anno entro fine novembre). In tal senso l’Azienda USL della Romagna promuove la realizzazione annuale di un convegno dedicato alle Scuole che Promuovono Salute, che rappresenta un’importante occasione di confronto, aggiornamento e condivisione di buone pratiche sui temi del benessere e della promozione della salute in ambito scolastico. Un’iniziativa che intende dare visibilità e riconoscimento al lavoro svolto dagli istituti aderenti e offrire approfondimenti di valore culturale attraverso relatori qualificati, per rafforzare e motivare le scuole già coinvolte, sostenendone l’interesse e l’impegno nel proseguire il percorso di adozione dell’approccio globale alla promozione della salute attraverso il lavoro sui sani stili di vita, che coinvolge insegnanti, studenti, operatori sanitari, tutto il personale scolastico e anche gli enti locali e il terzo settore. Il convegno, inoltre, contribuisce all’ampliamento e al consolidamento della Rete stessa, sollecitando l’interesse di scuole non ancora aderenti.
La terza edizione del Convegno annuale, dal titolo ‘Giovani in una scuola che promuove Salute’, si svolgerà a Rimini sabato 29 novembre, dalle ore 8.30 alle 18, alla sala Sole del Centro Congressi SGR (via Chiabrera 34/B). Come già per le prime due edizioni, il programma è stato definito da un comitato scientifico interno al Dipartimento di Sanità Pubblica, trasversale a tutti gli ambiti territoriali, grazie al coinvolgimento degli operatori che seguono il processo Scuole che Promuovono Salute nei diversi territori di competenza dell’Azienda Usl della Romagna. L’appuntamento inaugurale, svoltosi nel 2023 a Ravenna, era stato dedicato alla presentazione della Rete, poi lo scorso anno, nell’evento svoltosi fra Cesena e Bertinoro, si è approfondito il tema della partecipazione degli enti locali e del terzo settore, mentre in questo caso la giornata di approfondimenti e lavori di gruppo sarà incentrata sulla partecipazione attiva degli alunni/studenti di ogni ordine e grado al percorso di promozione della salute, sia all’interno della scuola sia nella comunità.
Dopo i saluti delle autorità e l’esposizione del Manifesto dei Dirigenti Scolastici, si entrerà nel vivo con l’intervento di Cinzia Albanesi, professoressa ordinaria dell’Università di Bologna e coordinatrice del CdLM in Psicologia scolastica e di comunità, dal titolo “Approcci, possibilità e posture della peer education”. Intervallate da alcune pause attive a cura dei vari istituti coinvolti, le altre relazioni previste nella mattinata sono quelle di Davide Fant, pedagogista e membro del collettivo C.I.R.C.E. (Centro internazionale di Ricerca Convivialità Elettriche) per la ricerca e la formazione nell’ambito delle tecnologie digitali, sul tema “La scuola per chi non va a scuola”, e di Vanessa Vivoli, responsabile Ricerca Qualitativa e Policy dei Servizi Sanitari Ausl Romagna, che discuterà di “Strumenti di partecipazione comunitaria fra scuola e territorio”.
Riflessioni e conclusioni sono affidate poi a Maria Teresa Paladino, funzionaria Area Infanzia e Adolescenza della Regione Emilia-Romagna, e Paola Angelini, responsabile Piano della Prevenzione ‘Scuole che promuovono salute‘ Sanità Pubblica Regione Emilia-Romagna.
Dopo la pausa pranzo, con catering a cura degli studenti dell’istituto alberghiero “Sigismondo Pandolfo Malatesta” e accoglienza in sala da parte degli allievi dell’istituto “Tonino Guerra” di Novafeltria, nel pomeriggio dalle ore 15 sono previsti laboratori di gruppo con l’opportunità di condividere esperienze e progetti sviluppati. In particolare ciascun gruppo siederà a turno nei tre tavoli tematici coordinati, dedicati rispettivamente a: Ruota comunitaria come tecnica di attivazione comunitaria, Metodologia e tecniche della Peer Education e Raccolta dei bisogni da parte degli alunni e dei genitori con la tecnica del photovoice.
