Unione Comuni Valdichiana Senese – Omar Pedrini presenta “Viaggio senza vento”: il 7 dicembre a Sarteano un nuovo appuntamento tra musica e fumetto Dopo l’attesa performance del 6 dicembre, Omar Pedrini, insieme al disegnatore Andrea Manfredini e Davide Apollo, presenta domenica 7 dicembre, all’interno del calendario natalizio sarteanese il fumetto “Viaggio senza vento”, ispirato all’iconico concept album dei Tintoria.

Omar Pedrini, chitarrista, cantante e membro fondatore dei Timoria, presenta a Sarteano il suo fumetto “Viaggio senza vento”, scritto insieme allo sceneggiatore Andrea Guglielmino e disegnato da Andrea Manfredini. L’appuntamento è per domenica 7 dicembre alle ore 18:30, presso il Teatro degli Arrischianti, quando Pedrini presenterà la sua graphic novel, ispirata allo storico concept album della band, presentata ufficialmente a Lucca Comics & Games epubblicata in allegato all’album “Viaggio senza vento – Live in Lucca”, che raccoglie la performance dal vivo della Omar Pedrini Band registrata nel 2024 durante la manifestazione. L’artista bresciano riporta così alla comunità sarteanese l’atmosfera di uno dei lavori più significativi del rock italiano, che ha visto sul palco anche la partecipazione di numerosi ospiti tra cui Cristina Scabbia, Enrico Zapparoli, Frankie Hi-NRG MC, Francesco “Fry” Moneti, Filippo Graziani, Cristiano Godano, Damiano Joli e Andrea Rock. Come l’album, anche il fumetto segue la storia di Joe, giovane in crisi che fugge verso Oriente alla ricerca del proprio destino, intrecciando musica e narrazione visiva in un’opera che rinnova il dialogo tra rock e nona arte.
La presentazione, moderata dal giornalista Jori Diego Cherubini,  sarà accompagnata da un’esibizione acustica di Pedrini insieme alla voce di Davide Apollo e offrirà al pubblico la possibilità di acquistare una copia autografata della graphic novel. L’evento si inserisce nel programma natalizio “L’Arte nella natività” e segue l’appuntamento della vigilia, il 6 dicembre, quando Pedrini sarà protagonista della performance inaugurale “Oltre il vento – l’arte che unisce”, realizzata insieme a Giuseppe Ragazzini nell’ambito del calendario promosso dal Comune di Sarteano con il supporto delle associazioni del territorio.
