Battuta d’arresto ad Orte per il Città di Castello Pallavolo che si arrende in tre set ai padroni di casa che hanno tenuto saldamente in mano l’incontro. Il 3/0 per Orte 25/20  25/18  25/19  fotografa perfettamente la gara , con i tifernati incappati in una brutta giornata.

Una prestazione di squadra molto al di sotto delle proprie potenzialità che può essere giustificata solo parzialmente dalle assenze di Stoppelli, Marconi e Valenti. Quello che è mancata è stata la determinazione e la capacità di reagire alle difficoltà proposte dalla squadra del Presidentissimo Dott.  Aldo Madonna. Una gara praticamente a senso unico con i biancorossi di Enzo Sideri assente per squalifica , che ha visto i tifernati partire bene procurarsi un doppio  break di vantaggio 10/13, ma Orte con veemenza reagiva , supportata da una ricezione sempre perfetta  facilitata dalla scarsa efficienza del servizio degli ospiti , il regista Di Gioia innescava a piacimento gli attaccanti  Spalazzi e Martinelli chiudeva 25/20. Secondo set con gli attaccanti tifernati sempre in difficoltà, la squadra si disuniva  e consegnava con gli errori il set 25/18 ad Orte. Terzo parziale con i biancorossi che provano a mischiare le carte in tavola cambiando  la diagonale palleggiatore opposto ; la mossa sembra dare i suoi frutti 4/6, ma è solo un momento, perché  Orte   torna padrona della situazione e chiude senza fatica la gara 25/19. Una squadra, quella di casa, che tornata praticamente al completo , ha dimostrato tutto il suo valore candidandosi prepotentemente al salto di categoria, dopo averlo mancato lo scorso anno. Per i tifernati un passaggio a vuoto che deve far riflettere per cercare di trovare quei correttivi necessari oltre alla cattiveria e determinazione per  indirizzare le gare a proprio favore  o cambiarne l’andamento. Un passaggio a vuoto che non pesa comunque su quanto di buono fatto in questi primi 100 gg della nuova stagione Rientro in palestra per i ragazzi di Enzo Sideri martedì 9 dicembre 2025 per preparare il ritorno al Pala Andrea Joan di sabato 13 Dicembre 2025 alle ore 21:15  con Volley Umbertide.
