Anche in questo caso, deve essere assunta una grande quantità d’acqua per compensare quella espulsa e quella necessaria per idratare l’organismo. Non tutto il “bere” va bene, anzi. L’assunzione di alcool è fortemente sconsigliata, e anche quella di bevande gassate. I prodotti di automedicazione a base di potassio e magnesio non sempre sono indicati per il rischio di gravi disturbi elettrolitici, pertanto prima di assumerli è consigliabile contattare il proprio medico curante. Per idratare al meglio il proprio corpo, non c’è niente di meglio che dell’acqua naturale, possibilmente a temperatura ambiente.
Un’altra buona pratica da seguire in estate, è quella di mangiare, salvo controindicazioni, tanta frutta e verdura. Sono infatti gli alimenti migliori per assumere la giusta quantità di nutrienti utili a controbilanciare il caldo.
Inoltre, bisogna evitare di uscire nelle ore più calde della giornata Nel caso, è consigliato andare in posti ventilati naturalmente, i luoghi con aria condizionata infatti possono non essere ottimali.
