Ugl:” Per mancanza materiali, STELLANTIS sospende l’attività sul 1° turno di domani”. Si è tenuto un incontro in STELLANTIS con le Organizzazioni Sindacali per discutere della situazione del settore della logistica a Melfi, a seguito delle preoccupazioni e tensioni all’interno dell’area Industriale di Melfi. In premessa STELLANTIS ha voluto ribadire il difficile quadro industriale a partire dal calo delle vendite, al problema dei microchip e all’aumento vertiginoso delle materie prime.
A fronte di tale situazione STELLANTIS ha rimarcato la necessità di porre in essere ogni azione per contenere i costi, partendo dalla riduzione della “complessità” del prodotto ma soprattutto attraverso la “riorganizzazione” dei processi logistici che porterà alla riduzione di un terzo delle attività e dunque con fortissime ricadute occupazionali. Le Organizzazioni Sindacali dopo un lungo confronto hanno rimarcato che tale progetto va assolutamente fermato in quanto ridimensiona nella sua interezza il lavoro all’interno dell’area industriale di MELFI. Al termine dell’incontro STELLANTIS ha confermato la propria strategia che continuerà nel corso di questa settimana e si svilupperà nei prossimi mesi e ciò determinerà, per le Organizzazioni Sindacali, esuberi e licenziamenti che è necessario contrastare con ogni mezzo; chiediamo alla Regione Basilicata di intervenire prontamente per salvaguardare il lavoro a Melfi partendo dalla convocazione del tavolo sull’Automotive. Presidente Bardi è ora di scendere in campo con ogni azione perché parte del destino della nostra regione e nel preservare MELFI. A partire da questa sera, con il terzo turno lavorativo- dalle ore 22:00- le organizzazioni Sindacali proclamano lo sciopero che continuerà sul primo e secondo turno della giornata di domani e che coinvolgerà, in primis, tutti i lavoratori della logistica per rivendicare lavoro e commesse. Causa mancanza materiali, STELLANTIS ha sospeso l’attività lavorativa sul 1° turno di domani 02 agosto.
