La procura aveva ipotizzato il reato di sequestro di persona, ma mai iscritto qualcuno nel registro degli indagati Si era tolta la vita due o tre giorni prima che fosse ritrovato il suo cadavere Liliana Resinovich, lo scorso 5 gennaio nel parco dell’ex ospedale psichiatrico di Trieste.
La perizia disposta dalla procura sembra mettere il punto finale alla vicenda iniziata il 14 dicembre 2021, quando la donna di 63 anni era scomparsa. Il corpo di Resinovich era stato trovato ancora vestito, avvolto in due sacchi della spazzatura. Secondo il perito che ha svolto le analisi, Fulvio Costantinides, assieme al medico radiologo Fabio Cavalli, che avevano già effettuato l’autopsia, Resinovich si sarebbe tolta la vita soffocandosi con due sacchetti stretti, ma non in modo vigoroso, sulla testa.
