A darne notizia è la Presidente Andreina Ciubini, che sottolinea come “l’intesa raggiunta con i sindacati di categoria CISL Fp, Fp CGIL e UIL Fpl abbia coronato il percorso avviato fin dal suo insediamento dal Consiglio di Amministrazione in carica con l’obiettivo di investire sulla professionalità del personale e valorizzare l’attività assistenziale che viene svolta nella nostra residenza per anziani non autosufficienti, con uno sforzo notevole nel difficile contesto creato dalla pandemia, ma responsabile e doveroso”. L’applicazione del contratto di settore riconosce per la prima volta la valenza sanitaria dei servizi dell’Asp Muzi Betti e mette a disposizione dell’ente una modalità di organizzazione del lavoro più congrua, idonea e rispettosa delle finalità operative aziendali, delle mansioni del personale dipendente e delle necessità degli ospiti “L’Asp Muzi Betti è ormai da tempo una struttura prevalentemente sanitaria, in cui la quota dell’impegno sociale è andata via, via riducendosi”, osservaCiubini, che a nome del Consiglio di Amministrazione ringrazia i componenti della delegazione trattante dell’ente e i rappresentanti sindacali per l’impegno e la collaborazione che hanno permesso di firmare l’accordo per il nuovo inquadramento contrattuale degli addetti della struttura. m“Del resto, se il nostro territorio non ha più una RSA, e tanto meno un Hospice – prosegue la Presidente – è evidente che siano le aziende come la nostra a doversi far carico di situazioni assistenziali particolarmente complesse”. Per voce del Coordinatore Regionale della Sanità Marcello Romeggini, la CISL Fp dell’Umbria evidenzia “lo storico risultato raggiunto con la nuova disciplina dell’assetto giuridico ed economico del personale dell’Asp Muzi Betti”. “Il giusto inquadramento – precisa il sindacalista – è quel complesso procedimento concettuale che, sulla base di categoria, qualifica e mansione, consente al contratto collettivo di classificare, quindi di ‘inquadrare correttamente’, il personale dipendente, allo scopo di determinare il trattamento economico e normativo ad esso applicabile e specificare quanto gli viene richiesto, a seconda del ruolo ricoperto nell’organizzazione”.
“Un atto doveroso di dignità e rispetto delle professionalità che operano nella struttura”, aggiunge il Segretario Generale Provinciale della Fp CGIL Stefano Lupini, richiamando un principio da sempre sostenuto: “la Sanità è una, pubblica, universale e gratuita e non è pensabile che chi opera in contesti diversi da quello pubblico abbia diritti e stipendi diversi, inferiori”. “Le nostre rivendicazioni – continua Lupini – continueranno, affinché tutte le lavoratrici e lavoratori della Sanità abbiano lo stesso contratto di lavoro”. A parlare di “un passaggio importante, che permette ai dipendenti di avere un contratto che garantisce maggiori diritti e stipendi adeguati al lavoro che svolgono, perché non è pensabile che ci siano operatori sanitari che svolgono attività con contratti differenti da quello del sistema sanitario nazionale” è Paolo Leonardi, membro della segreteria regionale della Uil Fpl. “Con l’intesa – puntualizza il rappresentante sindacale – il Consiglio di Amministrazione e le delegazioni sindacali riconoscono il ruolo sanitario degli operatori per dare la migliore risposta possibile ai bisogni della nostra fragilissima utenza”.
