a conclusione dello spoglio elettorale nel sito Campano per il rinnovo delle rappresentanze sindacali. “Abbiamo ottenuto un’importante vittoria – esultano i segretari -. Ringraziamo le 291 persone che ci hanno votato. Ottenere l’Ugl un significativo numero di consenso in una competizione partecipatissima significa una sola cosa: la grande fiducia che i lavoratori hanno dimostrato ancora nei nostri candidati e nel nostro sindacato, pragmatico, concreto e sempre teso alla risoluzione dei problemi, al di là delle ideologie e delle demagogie. La serietà e il lavoro pagano sempre – affermano congiuntamente i Segretari Ugl – e questi risultati dimostrano che i dipendenti Stellantis Pomigliano credono davvero nell’Ugl e nei suoi candidati che ci sentiamo di ringraziare, unitamente ai membri della commissione elettorale, dei canditati, tutti personalmente, nessuno escluso”. Particolare soddisfazione per il risultato ottenuto è stata espressa dalla Segreteria Nazionale dell’Ugl Metalmeccanici: “Straordinario il risultato raggiunto dalla nostra O.S. alle elezioni Rsa in Stellantis Pomigliano. Il lavoro svolto insieme alla dirigenza Ugl Campana, ai candidati e tutti gli attivisti che con un grande lavoro straordinario hanno dimostrato con orgoglio l’attaccamento e senso di appartenenza alla Ugl Metalmeccanici, ha ottenuto un impartissimo risultato in un trend di crescita nel gruppo Stellantis da nord a sud: un grande riconoscimento ed è una dimostrazione del valore di ciò che il sindacato fa tutti i giorni nei posti di lavoro e della fiducia sincera e leale che i lavoratori ripongono in noi. Il regista di tutto ciò è stato senza dubbio il Segretario Provinciale della Federazione di Napoli, Ciro Esposito che ha permesso oggi di far ottenere a tutta la squadra, un risultato rilevante con un successo dell’8,5% dei consensi, l’elezione di ben tre Rsa nonostante era previsto un numero inferiore da eleggere rispetto alla tornata precedente e aumentando i consensi, ma cosa molto importante per la nostra O.s. è che permette alla UglM di entrare nell’esecutivo di fabbrica: grande impegno di Esposito, ha lavorato da anni con un nuovo gruppo e in un momento particolare dove il 26 p.v. a Torino, parte la trattativa del primo incontro sul rinnovo del Contratto Collettivo Specifico di Lavoro. Per l’Ugl l’esito di Pomigliano può e deve segnare l’apertura per l’azienda di una nuova stagione: l’Ugl è pronta, siamo pronti – conclude la Segreteria Nazionale Metalmeccanici – per iniziare il confronto, nella convinzione che la tutela dell’occupazione e la salvaguardia di tutti i siti produttivi italiani, con gli indotti ad essi collegati, costituiscano il fondamento di un confronto costruttivo”.
