“Fa bene l’Assessore Albanese ad intervenire contro i cosiddetti furbetti dei rifiuti, ma occorre farlo a 360 gradi su tutto il territorio dei quartieri. Nel caso del quartiere 4 noi avvisiamo che una zona in particolare è abbandonata o comunque nascosta all’attenzione della Amministrazione comunale, vale a dire Bellosguardo – Via San Carlo dove come possiamo dimostrare da foto in nostro possesso, si trovano cartacce e bottiglie di ogni tipo essendo una zona frequentatissima perche’ panoramica.”
