Pordenone, IL PRIMO CONCORSO NAZIONALE PER LA CREAZIONE DI TESTI TEATRALI RIFERITI ALLAMBIENTE MONTANO Organizzato dal Teatro Verdi di Pordenone e dal Club alpino italiano, si tratta del primo contest a livello italiano. Il concorso è stato annunciato dal Presidente del teatro Giovanni Lessio, in occasione del “Concerto per la Montagna” che si è svolto domenica 11 dicembre nella città friulana
I testi concorrenti al concorso “Oltre le nuvole” dovranno costituire un lavoro teatrale in prosa in lingua italiana (lunghezza massima 50.000 battute) e non saranno ammessi lavori già pubblicati o rappresentati. I lavori saranno valutati da una Giuria presieduta da una figura di spicco nel panorama culturale italiano, Antonio Massena, Presidente della Commissione consultiva per il Teatro del Ministero dei Beni culturali. Al testo vincitore sarà riconosciuto un Premio in denaro di euro 3mila oltre alla mise en espace del testo al Teatro Verdi di Pordenone. I partecipanti si possono iscrivere entro il 15 febbraio 2023. I nomi del vincitore, e di eventuali segnalati, saranno comunicati entro la metà di maggio 2023. Premiazioni e rappresentazione del testo vincitore entro la fine giugno.“C onsapevoli che nel contesto montano sono presenti problematiche di vulnerabilità ambientale, spopolamento e perdita di riferimenti culturali – ha spiegato il Presidente del Verdi Giovanni Lessio – Teatro Verdi e Cai hanno voluto coniugare le rispettive potenzialità offrendo occasioni uniche per vivere il connubio tra natura e cultura. Questo concorso, che rappresenta il primo ed unico Premio mai istituito per la drammaturgia sulla Montagna, è un esempio nitido del nostro impegno su una tematica che è ormai entrata nella sensibilità nostra e del nostro pubblico. Ancora una volta il Verdi – che rappresenta culturalmente un punto di riferimento per lintero territorio del Friuli occidentale – è protagonista di un progetto che lo distingue nel contesto teatrale nazionale, portando nuovamente la città di Pordenone ben oltre i confini della nostra regione”.
Il Presidente generale del Club alpino italiano Antonio Montani ha partecipato alla serata con un video messaggio in cui ha sottolineato limportanza per il Club Alpino Italiano di sostenere questo inedito concorso: “Promuovere e diffondere la cultura della montagna, così come incoraggiare la creazione di testi teatrali legati al contesto montano, è uno stimolo che abbiamo accolto appieno, sposando con convinzione liniziativa del Teatro Verdi, certi che fare rete e unire le forze attive sia la strada da perseguire per il nostro comune obiettivo”. Un messaggio in video è arrivato anche da parte dellAssessore regionale alle risorse forestali e alla montagna Stefano Zannier che ha voluto salutare questa nuova attività e, più in generale, lintero Progetto Montagna. “Ringrazio il Teatro Verdi per aver avviato con questo concorso un progetto di respiro nazionale che ha così efficacemente coinvolto anche il Cai” – ha detto Zannier. “Uniniziativa che arricchisce ulteriormente un percorso già avviato: quello di portare eventi culturali anche in zone remote della nostra montagna è un passaggio fondamentale per tenere vivo il senso di comunità e di coesione sociale nelle aree al margine”. Tutto nel segno del comune impegno per la salvaguardia e la valorizzazione delle Terre Alte, il “Progetto Montagna”, è stato ideato e fortemente voluto dal Teatro Verdi di Pordenone che ha condiviso questo obiettivo con il Cai Pordenone. Già felicemente avviata con una serie di spettacoli in montagna la scorsa estate e con un convegno nel mese di ottobre, il progetto ha visto ieri (domenica) il suo suggello per il 2022 con il grande “Concerto per la Montagna”.
