Un risultato che ha permesso di offrire un’opportunità completamente gratuita per le aziende agricole
Il corso di formazione non ha alcun costo per le aziende agricole ed è rivolto ai dipendenti. È composto da un primo modulo di 32 ore dedicato alla potatura invernale. Durante gli incontri vengono illustrati elementi di base di fisiologia della vite, fotografie delle metodiche di taglio. Non può mancare l’aspetto pratico della potatura «ramificata» con riferimento alle due fasi principali di allevamento e di produzione su piante allevate a Guyot e a cordone speronato secondo il «Metodo Simonit & Sirch – Preparatori d’Uva». Nel secondo modulo di 16 ore viene trattato il tema della potatura primaverile con l’illustrazione fotografica della metodica di scelta dei germogli partenti ed aspetti pratici della scelta dei germogli partenti su piante in allevamento e in produzione su piante allevate a Guyot e a cordone speronato secondo il Metodo Simonit & Sirch Preparatori d’Uva.
