Nel 2022 l’Azienda Sanitaria, grazie agli interventi di efficientamento, ha registrato una riduzione dei consumi di Energia Elettrica del 20% con un risparmio pari a 4 milioni di euro
Prosegue senza sosta l’impegno dell’Asl Tse nell’ambito dell’efficientamento energetico ed i risultati si toccano con mano. L’Azienda infatti, sotto la forte spinta della Direzione Generale, per fronteggiare la crisi energetica, ha ottenuto nel 2022, rispetto al 2021, una riduzione dei consumi di Energia Elettrica del 20%, con un risparmio pari a 4 milioni di euro, questo grazie all’attivazione di nuovi impianti di cogenerazione e fotovoltaici e grazie alle altre azioni di contrasto della crisi energetica messe in atto.
Tali risultati si sommano a quelli già ottenuti negli anni scorsi, che hanno già comportato una riduzione di consumi pari a 3.708 TEP/Anno, una riduzione di emissioni in atmosfera pari a 7.551 Tonn/Anno, che equivale ad aver evitato i consumi di 3.946 famiglie con 4 componenti (ovvero di 15.784 cittadini, ovvero più degli Abitanti del Comune di Castiglion Fiorentino) ed una riduzione del fabbisogno di energia aziendale del 16% .
L’Azienda USL Toscana Sud Est ha confermato la strada intrapresa con Delibera del Direttore Generale n°1456 del 16/11/2022 in cui è stato adottato il Piano di Efficientamento Energetico Aziendale 2023 – 2028, che guarda, passando dalla crisi energetica, dritto verso la transizione ecologica dell’Azienda USL Toscana Sud Est.
“L’Asl Tse ha già una lunga storia in termini di efficientamento energetico- commenta Daniele Giorni direttore dipartimentale energia, ambiente e prevenzione incendi dell’ASL TSE – ad oggi infatti autoproduce il 25% dell’energia elettrica di cui necessita internamente ai propri immobili grazie a 13 impianti fotovoltaici per un totale di 572 kWp e grazie a 5 impianti di cogenerazione (Ospedale di Grosseto, Arezzo, Valdarno, Massa Marittima) ed a breve verrà attivato un nuovo impianto di cogenerazione nell’Ospedale Nottola di Montepulciano. Il Piano di Efficientamento Energetico prevede di investire 18.000.000 € in 5 anni in efficienza energetica , divisi in 5 mln € in progetti illumination, 6 mln € in nuovi impianti fotovoltaici, 1 mln € in nuovi impianti di cogenerazione (Fratta e Orbetello), 6 mln € in efficienza energetica “tradizionale” quali sostituzione di trasformatori, installazione di sistemi ad inverter, sostituzione Unità di Trattamento Aria, sostituzione caldaie, sostituzione gruppi frigoriferi vetusti, ecc.I risparmi attesi sono di 6.200.000 €/Anno e i benefici ambientali sono una riduzione di 3.149 TEP/Anno ed una riduzione di 8.122 Tonn CO2/Anno, ovvero una riduzione del 32% del fabbisogno di energia aziendale, che è equivalente ad evitare i consumi di 8.294 famiglie con 4 persone, ovvero 33.176 cittadini, ovvero più di un terzo degli abitanti del Comune di Arezzo”.
