San Piero in Bagno – Questa mattina abbiamo inaugurato il completamento delle opere di riqualificazione di Via Garibaldi a San Piero in Bagno insieme ad una folta rappresentanza della nostra Comunità.
Nella cornice delle note della Banda comunale Santa Cecilia abbiamo spiegato il valore dell’intervento ed ilprogramma in cui si inserisce
A distanza di pochi anni, infatti, abbiamo assistito ad una radicale trasformazione del centro di San Piero, che oggi vede la propria via centrale e storica completamente rinnovata nella sua fisionomia estetica e
funzionale. La riqualificazione di Via Garibaldi e la precedente riqualificazione di Via Marconi e Piazza San
Francesco del 2017 rendono oggi San Piero un centro decoroso, ordinato ed accogliente, che contribuisce a migliorare la qualità di vivere dei residenti e di tutti i cittadini”. La riqualificazione di Via Garibaldi, che abbiamo festeggiato oggi, è un tassello di un più ampio programma di riqualificazione del centro storico di San Piero, che non finisce qui ma che sta già proseguendo con i progetti ed i cantieri che abbiamo avviato. Il centro urbano di San Piero sta vivendo un momento di grande cambiamento architettonico e funzionale, che porterà ad una migliore vivibilità ed ad una rinnovata vivacità, offendo occasione ai cittadini di vivere San Piero con rinnovato entusiasmo. Non appena saranno terminati i lavori di costruzione della nuova Scuola Media, della sede comunale, della palestra scolastica, la vita del centro urbano prenderà già una forma diversa. A completare questo percorso si inserisce la riqualificazione dei Giardini di Piazza Martiri, di cui a brevissimo presenteremo alla cittadinanza il progetto vincitore del concorso di progettazione, e l’operazione di spostamento della sede amministrativa comunale, che consentirà di destinare l’antico palazzo comunale ad usi di comunità.Si è trattato di un programma che ha superato le possibilità di un Comune delle dimensioni del nostro equesto grazie ad un impegno assiduo su tutti i fronti dell’Amministrazione, che è partito dalla gestione del bilancio fino alla costante ricerca di risorse esterne, ma anche al lavoro tecnico che gli uffici comunali hanno saputo organizzare e svolgere con impegno e celerità. Solo pensando a Via Garibaldi, si è trattato di un investimento di € 791.000, reso possibile grazie ad un finanziamento della Regione di € 420.000, ma anche da risorse del bilancio comunale per € 371.000. Per Via Marconi sono stati investiti € 706.000, finanziati per € 456.000 dalla Regione, € 100.000 dalla Fondazione Cassa di Risparmi di Forlì e € 150.000 con risorse comunali. Un investimento complessivo di € 1.497.000destinato a riqualificare il centro storico con l’obiettivo di dare un nuovo decoro al nostro borgo e quale leva per elevare la vivibilità dei nostri cittadini. Questi dati per rendere l’idea dello sforzo non ordinario messo in campo, per di più in un periodo storico caratterizzato da sconvolgimenti continui che hanno reso ancor più difficile la gestione dei progetti e dei cantieri.
Il problema su cui riflettere oggi è quello delle tante vetrine vuote nelle vie dei centri ed anche in questa
bellissima via riqualificata. Purtroppo è un problema che non riguarda Via Garibaldi ma che è più grande di noi e che coinvolge i centri di tutti i paesi e città. In questi anni il commercio dei centri urbani si è stravolto ed ha subito l’evoluzione del commercio elettronico, il cambio degli interessi commerciali dei cittadini e questa è una sfida che non possiamo correre da soli, ma che dobbiamo combattere a tutti i livelli con politiche mirate a tutto il paese. In riferimento a questo cantiere, vorrei ringraziare sentitamente i professionisti coinvolti e le imprese esecutrici per l’impegno profuso da tutti sia per la qualità del lavoro svolto che per la celerità di realizzazione del cantiere, che sono stati apprezzati da tutta la Comunità: Cear di Ravenna che si è aggiudicata l’appalto, CLASS di San Piero in Bagno che ha svolto le opere edili, La ditta Zambelli di Galeata che ha curato la stesura del pavimento in pietra, la ditta Colabeton, la ditta Elettrotek di Nazareno Martinetti, l’Arch. Federico Pistocchi che ha progettato l’intervento, l’Ing. Federico Zampini che ha curato il progetto elettrico, il geom. Maximiliano Falerni che ha gestito la sicurezza, l’Arch. Stefano Bottari in qualità di RUP del Comune e l’Arch. Paolo Marcelli che ha diretto i lavori con impegno assiduo, quotidiano e scrupoloso. Ringrazio infine tutti i cittadini per la pazienza nell’affrontare i disagi del cantiere appena terminato così come per gli altri cantieri attivi nel centro urbano di San Piero, così come per il confronto delle diverse opinioni, nella consapevolezza che stiamo percorrendo un cammino collettivo che mira a migliorare il nostro paese e la nostra qualità della vita.
